He stopped for a moment to gaze at his walls and the myriad of posters, depicting near nude women and surfers riding huge waves. " Here's one," Ryo said as he heaved a massive long board at Tenchi. After a feew more minutes of searching Ryo had outfitted the group with almost individualized surfboards. Draiko's was black and limned with fire, Akiko's had shurikens running down the center and Tenchi's had a smiley face in the center. " There you go," He said as he stroked his goatee," Back to the beach."

Akiko said as they walked out of the house and back towards the beach. She looked over at Draiko, who looked like she was in yet another trance while she studied her surfboard. Then, Akiko turned her attention to Tenchi. With no word at all, Tenchi looked like he wanted to paint over the smilie face on the board. When they approched the beach, the group looked for their stuff. 'Alright, we are here! Surf's up dudes!' She hollared as Draiko and her ran towards the water. After getting into the water and trying to stay on the board, but then failing miserably, Akiko gave up. 'Ryo! I think that we're going to need some surfing lessons!'

Keep them on the board. Paddle with your arms like so," Ryo instructed, while he paddled back and forth in the water. " Got it?" He asked when he was done demonstrating.

'Like this?' Akiko asked as she circled him like a shark. 'Duna, duna, dunadunadunadunadunadunaduna Shark Attack!' Akiko sprung forward to bite his board, but instead, hit the water. Once resurfaced, she grabbed onto her surfboard and waited for the next part of Surfing 101 to begin.

Then at just below the crest you will want to turn around. This is the point were experianced surfers would stand up, you can try standing if you want," Ryo said while demonstrating the entire thing flawlessly. " You guys try now."
Guest Draiko Posted July 5, 2005 Posted July 5, 2005 Draiko nodded and waited for a wave to catch. Once one came, she swam just below the crest like Ryo said. She turned around, and stood up slowly, wobbling a bit, but caught her balance back, now sturdily standing on top the surfboard, her knee's bent, and her arms spred out to keep her balance. "How's this?" she asked, as the wave carried her back to the shore.

Paddle up to a wave,' She instructed herself based on what Ryo had taught the girls. Akiko was coming up to the creast, 'Now turn around,' She turned her board to face the direction of the shore,'And stand.' Akiko had done it. Remembering Draiko's example, she rode straight to the beach. Once reaching the shore, Akiko rejoined Draiko and Ryo. 'Now what? Keep on surfing, or do something else?' Looking towards Ryo, then to Draiko, now into the distance to see Tenchi, and back at Ryo, waiting for an answer.
Guest Draiko Posted July 6, 2005 Posted July 6, 2005 (edited) Draiko held up the black surfboard with flames on it, thinking. " Maybe we should surf some more...y'know...to get the hang of it...then do something else later...," said Draiko, as she looked at the design of the flames on the board that Ryo had lent to her. 'Damn, this is an awsome board! It's freakin perfect for me!' thought Draiko, smiling, then the smile turning into a grin. Edited July 6, 2005 by Draiko

'Hurry up before it's over!' She yelled as she ran towards the water. Akiko wasn't sure if Draiko had been following or not, but without thought, she sat on her board and paddled towards the wave.

Guest Tatsumaki Posted July 8, 2005 Posted July 8, 2005 The two girls waited until they saw the right moment to move onto the crest of the wave. They were leveled with the middle of the wave. Akiko squealed with joy as the wave took them back to the shore. She shouted to Draiko,'It's like you're walking on water, but yet, you're not. Isn't this great Draiko?!' Akiko turned her head slightly so she could see both where she was going, and the slight grin on Draiko's face. Glad to see her friend content, she smiled as well.

She waved her arms around. "J-just go away!" She waved him off. Suppresing the shiverings of her spine and trying to return her eyes and skin color back to normal, she looked to Shikyo. "S-sorry a-about th-that..."

Pale white eyes staring straight through shirahime, face lowered into a snarl, muscles tensing. 'Don't do it...', he thought to himself, 'She's just a girl... she's not worth it...'
Guest Draiko Posted July 9, 2005 Posted July 9, 2005 A blank expression came upon Draiko's face as the gennin sharkboy came from beneath the water. She finally came back from her thoughts and looked at this new guy on the beach. Draiko watcch him as he snarled and his muscles tensed up. "...Hello....my name's Doragon Draiko...What's yours?" she asked the gennin, smiling, showing one of her fang like teeth.

Swimming as quickly as she could, Akiko brought herself above water and headed towards her board. Paddling up to the boy who had knocked her over, she lightly punched him in the arm. Hearing Dekishi out at sea, she gave a little startled jump. "N-Nyo! That shark hybrid just talked! It must be a human-shark hybrid instead!" She waved her hand around blondly again. Stopping, she met the piercing gaze. "Hello, sharky, nyo! Its not nice to stare like that and tip people off their boards!" THe blue-eyed girl smiled blondly.

Setting it in a place only a foot or two up the shore, he offered Shirahime a seat. She looked like she was about to fall over from fear as it was with all the shaking.

Either way he wasn't about to let anything else ruin his day at the beach so it didn't matter to him if he were mad or not. Looking around he tilted his head to the side as if asking "Why are you here if you don't like water?".
