This technique targets all characters except its user. Description: The user forms and tosses a ball of fire above their head, which rapidly destabilizes and showers tiny leaf-shaped bursts of flame over the battlefield. These leaves explode on contact, creating a mass of flame in all directions. JP: 8 165 Damage: 110 Chakra Fazed: 15 Chakra 110 + 15 = 125 * 3 (AOE) = 375 Chakra A simple tech I'm hoping to get onto the main site as there aren't any upper-rank Fire AOEs available at this point.
