Effect: The target is afflicted with 'Fazed', 'Charmed' for two (2) turns, and 'Taunted' for three (3) turns.
Description: Wrapping themselves in plasma energy, this technique makes a great show of power as it charges a blast of energy at medium range at the target. The thin application of plasma around the user gives them a multi hued aura, punctuated by bright flashes and bursts of color. Those struck directly by such an awesome attack find themselves unable to look away from the hero who preformed it.

Type: Ninjutsu [ Plasma | Dynamic Trap ]
Rank: Jounin
Cost: 220 Chakra
Damage: 30

Condition: The user must have blocked a weapon attack from the target weapon this turn.
Effect: Target weapon is afflicted with 'Destroy Weapon'. 
Description: Deflecting an attack the shinobi catches the opponent's weapon in their hand using the impact of the strike to generate the spark of energy used to then redirect plasma release chakra into their equipment. The weapon glows a brilliant purple momentarily before shattering at the point of impact and destroying the item. This happens in a flash of time and often will catch an opponent off guard especially since they had just landed a blow on their opponent.
