Hardcore Skittlez Posted March 20, 2015 Posted March 20, 2015 (edited) Vagrant Mutation Case #72 “Tetsuwan Kero” [ 鉄腕ケロ ] Ribbit the Mighty Vagrant Mutation Case #72 is a rare instance of a full-body mutaton that imitates the likeness of a fully-developed kekkei genkai. Thusfar, #72 has only been found to be present within one Suirenne Ranhime [睡蓮音 嵐姫], an orphan found wandering the outskirts of Takigakure shortly after the Kumogakure blitz. After capture and relocation for proper study, the subject displayed a striking semblance to many frogs or toads. She possessed exceptional leg strength, granting her remarkable speed at the expense of rather linear motion; when tested, she proved to be incapable of counteracting her own momentum from leaps mid-air, displaying a certain double-edge to her natural leg-strength. Additionally, the subject demonstrated the ability to secrete an adhesive substance from her pores that allowed her to effortlessly ‘stick’ to objects. #72, in typical Frog-form, also displayed the possession of a somewhat prehensile tongue- it was able to be shot out of her body at a measured distance of roughly 6 meters, though it is suspected that this length would only grow with age. On her tongue, the subject possesses a similar ability to generate an adhesive compound that grants her the ability to effectively utilize the appendage as an additional limb when called for. Perhaps most interesting of all was the subject’s ability to interact with her own gastro-intestinal system. As demonstrated by other studied frogs, she seemed to be capable of ejecting her stomach and cleaning it externally, though the purpose of that seemed only to aid in the elimination of objects that she was having difficulty digesting. The subject did not appear to enjoy such displays, and often preferred to make herself vomit in a more traditional manner when presented with contaminated food. Compounding on her strange physiology, #72 demonstrates the possession of a Toxin-producing gland somewhere inside her body- presumably within her intestinal tract, though its precise location remains a mystery. This toxin, more accurately a ‘venom’, was capable of being ejected both orally as a sort of vomit defense reflex or from her skin as an anti-predatory measure. The complexity of this ‘mutation’ indicates that there may be a greater lineage at large in the world, though no other instances of this particular mutation have been noted to date. The subject insisted on naming her own mutation; it was dubbed "Tetsuwan Keru", though research personnel prefer referring to it by its case number. Sticky Appendages Effect: Items held by this character may not be unequipped involuntarily. -2 Amphibious Thunder-crack Effect: Whenever this character uses a Taijutsu attack, they may opt to reduce their Speed and Evasion by .5X until their next turn; increase this character’s Taijutsu by X for that attack. The value of X is selected when this skill's use is declared. X may not cause the user’s Taijutsu to exceed 1.5 times its base, or their Speed/Evasion to fall below .5 times their bases. -2 Leapfrog Effect: When dodging physical attacks, the skill-taker may now roll two die and take the higher of the two. This character’s minimum chance to be hit is now 25%. This effect may not stack with other, similar effects that would allow for multiple dodge rolls. If the user would activate an effect that would allow for more dodge rolls(Gate of Pain, etc), they would instead use that skill or effect for its duration. -3 Springing Strides Effect: Successfully dodging a physical attack decreases the skill-taker’s speed percentile by 5 per rank of this skill for one turn. Ranks: 3; Ranks may only be taken once every 15 levels. -1 per rank Gastric Venom Secretion Effect: Once per turn, the user may spend .8x chakra to add X [Poison] Damage to a Weapon Attack, Basic Attack, or Taijutsu technique. This skill may not add more than 40/80/160/320 [Poison] damage based on Ninja Rank. -3 Edited March 30, 2015 by Hardcore Skittlez
