I apologize in advance for the massive size of this compendium... but basically I won't have to make any more Jutsu after this list goes through... and these were all approved before, I just changed them to reflect the increased damage caps and the point costs, plus threw in 'Evolving' (see below)

Notes: I have developed something called 'Evolving.' Basically it is a Jutsu point reduction if you are getting a multi-rank Jutsu, because you are 'levelling up' your Jutsu instead of learning a new one. The reason you get a 'bonus' is because you haven't 'learned' a new Jutsu, but instead have improved your old one. The bonus is minor, only a save of 1 Jutsu point (except when upgrading from Gennin to Chuunin, which has no savings). Under this sytem, you CAN learn a lvl 2 Jutsu without learning the lvl 1 if you want to (but you can ONLY use the lvl 2 whereas if you learn lvl 1 and upgrade to 2, you can use both lvl 1 and 2). The benefit of skipping ranks is that you can have multiple different Jutsus. The benefit to 'levelling up' your old Jutsu is a small 1 point savings.

The Rasengan

This version of the Rasengan is not a personal Jutsu for me, but requires my permission. It shall be given to one character and may not be taught unless that character reaches Kage/Sennin rank. Don't PM me, I will make an announcement later.

Name: Rasengan (Spiraling Sphere) lvl 1

Type: Ninjutsu (Personal, non-Elemental)

Rank: Gennin

Cost: 120 [-20 for each Bunshin, up to -60]

Damage: 120

Effect: Does not require hand seals to perform. Uses Chuunin level damage cap.

Description: The Rasengan is an ultra-high-level technique that took the Fourth Hokage three years to perfect, hence, is said to require very high level of chakra control. Unlike the Chidori, the Rasengan does not "cut" per se. It "grinds" rather, literally creating a hurricane of chakra formed in the shape of a small sphere in the palm of a hand, between the size of a softball and a baseball. Upon its collision with a target, the chakra control needed to confine this Jutsu in a small compact spherical form may suddenly be dropped, the effect producing a rather violent explosive effect on the target. Overall, it does have a drawback: the Rasengan needs great chakra control. It is a self-sustaining technique so once the chakra is molded, the user doesn't need to generate any more chakra. This is one of the few jutsu that require no hand seals and can simply be activated with one hand. With the Rasengan, the ninja focuses their chakra in the same direction of their chakra rotation, creating a spinning chakra flow, which is where the force of the Rasengan comes from. Focusing chakra to spin in every direction is the first level of this technique.

Restriction: Rasengan is usable ONE time per battle

Description: The second level of the Rasengan is power. This level of the technique forces the ninja to focus their chakra to produce a stronger concentration of chakra to add to the spin of their chakra flow. This creates the powerful outward force of the Rasengan, like a hurricane. Powerful, but uncontrollable. Creating a denser chakra is the second step.

Restriction: Rasengan is usable TWO times per battle

Note: Only Bunshin with physical form (Kage Bunshin) may help reduce cost of the Rasengan.

Description: The third level of the Rasengan is control. The ninja has to be able to use one hundred percent of their spinning chakra and one hundred percent of their powering chakra, and create a small shell to prevent the chakra from dissipating on contact. In this state, the Rasengan maintains a more focused and powerful force. As it meets friction, the chakra is captured and focused by the thin shell driving the force of the chakra into target. Controlling the maelstrom of spinning, dense chakra is the third step of this technique.

Restriction: Rasengan is usable THREE times per battle

Description: A larger and more powerful version of the Rasengan created by Uzumaki Naruto which was molded using Kyuubi's chakra

Restriction: Rasengan is usable FOUR times per battle

Requirement: Requires Rasengan lvl 1-3

Effect: Multi Attack Jutsu. For every strike that hits, the next action that the opponent takes costs +X Stamina, where X is equal to their level.

Description: The Kosshijutsu branch of the Gyokko Ryu emphasizes attacks to muscle and nerve points. One of the more difficult maneuvers is to precisely hit the nerves, causing the opponent to expend more energy than normal.

Restriction: Gennin may use this technique -TWICE- per battle.

Requirement: Genius, Super-Genius, or Prodigy

He unleashes a devestating uppercut that has the power to break through steel. This uses a foundation of Shitojutsu and Kosshijutsu, and is a unique creation of Uchiha Haruki.

Restriction: Chou Ryu Ken is usable -ONCE- per opponent per battle.

Description: The trademark Ninjutsu technique of the Gyokko Ryu style of martial arts. This involves gathering all the latent chakra in the Ninja's body and focusing in on the user's hands. After forming the necessary hand seals, the hands are brought to the Ninja's side, where the chakra manifests as a small blue sphere, and when the energy is at it point of maximum impulse, the Ninja brings both hands forward, joined together at the wrists, and lets out a powerful chakra blast that is hard to avoid.

Description: Uchiha Haruki was able to 'perfect' the Gyokko Ryu technique of Senseiryokuha. The only downside is that it requires the usage of the most powerful form of the Mangekyou Sharingan in order to be able to use this Jutsu.

Restriction: Can only be performed when Mangekyou Sharingan is activated. Requires Senseiryokuha lvl 1-4

Description: A variant from the Sensiryokuha that involves channeling the negative emotions within the individual and mixing it with their chakra. After forming the appropriate hand seals, the chakra is gathered behind the user, on the left side rather than the right, with the back of the hands together. The hands are brought forward with the palms stretched outwards, and the purple chakra ball that formed is shot out towards the opponent.

Description: A variant trademark finisher of Uchiha Haruki. It uses similar hand seals as the Sensiryokuha, but the chakra is charged with the arms spread out, palms facing the opponent. Then the wrists are brought together, and an almighty blast of yellow-colored chakra is unleashed.

Description: A variant of the Ankokuha, the Ninja gathers both the 'negative' and 'positive' emotions that they have and mix the two while performing the hand seals. Then they stretch out their palm towards the enemy, a small ball of chakra forming on the hand. This then fires out as a beam of black and white intermixed.

Restriction: Requires Ankokuha lvl 1-3 and Seinaruha 1-3 to use this Jutsu.

Name: Gyokko Ryu: In'you Senseiryokuha (Jeweled Tiger: Yin/Yang Latent Energy Blast)

Type: Ninjutsu (Light/Dark, Personal)

Rank: Forbidden

Damage: 1000

Effect: "Light" and "Dark" are not Elements. This Jutsu type may not be changed by any Effect. Ignore opponent's Resistance and Evasion. Opponent may not use Jutsu in their Response Phase against this attack. Overdrive gets a +20% bonus for every 10 levels the user has (up to a maximum of 100%).

Description: The ultimate Ninjutsu technique that can only be performed by someone with complete mastery of the Gyokko Ryu. Uchiha Haruki spent many years developing this Jutsu, which he could only perform while using the Mangekyou, as the Jutsu was far more powerful than anything else he had ever used. The ability is so drainging, however, that it cannot be performed more than twice. After performing hand seals that combine the symbols of the Ju Bai Senseiryokuha and In'youha, the Ninja extends both arms outwards as a ball of chakra gathers. And then, a huge blue blast fires out from the center of the ball, and vertical shockwaves are sent out. There are few things that can withstand a destructive force of this magnitude.

Description: A very powerful technique that requires a huge amount of chakra, which becomes visible around the user's hand. Once the hand has been charged, it is then thrust straight through the target. Due to the direct and obvious path the user of the technique must take to achieve an effective strike, a user of Chidori is left highly vulnerable to counterattacks and dodges. The technique can only be safely attempted by a ninja with the Sharingan or a similar countermeasure to defenses and attacks. Chidori is said to be the only original technique of Hatake Kakashi, who is also one of only two known users, the other being Uchiha Sasuke. The name Chidori comes from the sound the technique makes, which is said to remind the listener of the chirping produced by a thousand birds. Due to the high amount of chakra it requires, a ninja can only use Chidori a limited number of times per day. Attempting to use the technique more times than one's chakra allows will result in Chidori failing. Depending on how much chakra they draw on past their limits, it may paralyze (which happened with Sasuke's attempting a third), or as Kakashi claims, kill the user (due to lack of chakra).

I upped the point cost on those that you wanted the cost to be increased, but I did not decrease any point costs for the Jutsu because I believe they are good enough to warrant a higher cost. :P

1. Anyone can learn Medical Ninjutsu

2. This version of Rasengan will be given to one character. I think that Cntr should award it to the First Clanless Legendary character.

Burakkuhooru Shukusha (Miniature Black Hole) - AoEs now only have a 1/2 chance to hit I do believe. You may or may not want to factor that into this technique.

Gyokko Ryu: Genkaku Shintai (Jeweled Tiger: Illusory Movement) - Limit the use to 2 times per battle as Gennin.

For the Gyokko Ryu: Nenshou (Jeweled Tiger: Burning Attack) series it needs to be clear that although a Gen/Nin hybrid that the damage is real damage. . so that there are no arguments whatsoever.

From Chidori level 1, the restrictions/restraints should apply at 2nd and 3rd use not 3rd and 4th. This going from Kakashi telling Sasuke he'd die on a 3rd use when we presume he was at Chuunin level. . I dont see where the 4th time is coming from =P. And then lower the rest accordingly.

Im pretty sure that after I went through it all, thats all I had to say. .

Apart from Chidori using handseals everything's fine. But that's too controversial to argue. Since there are so many I may have overlooked something, its now dubbed;
