During this ‘mutation' Kihoji started to become aware of energy around him. After awhile he noticed that this energy was chakra. The ability he gained allowed him to sense the flow of chakra all around him and in his own body. This allowed him to learn to manipulate and control the chakra more precisely at will. While in battle using this ability give Kihoji dark blue aura which wraps around him and his eyes turn dark blue. (Not a Doujutsu it is merely and effect if it cant be done ill take the eye part out.) Rank 1: Chakra-based Jutsu cost X less to use, where X is equal to user's level. Maximum reduction of 15 Chakra, to a minimum of 1. Cost -2 Rank 2: Chakra-based Jutsu cost X less to use, where X is equal to user's level. Maximum reduction of 30 Chakra, to a minimum of 1. Does not stack with previous rank. Requirement: Chuunin Cost -3 Rank 3: Chakra-based Jutsu cost X less to use, where X is equal to user's level, to a minimum of 1. Max of 50 off. Does not stack with previous rank. Requirement: Jounin Cost -4 ------------- Senses of Life Description: Kihoji Saw his new power as a gift to be shared with others. Because he was able to feel the flow of chakra in the bodies of other people, he decided to look into medicine. Using his bloodline, Kihoji is able to pin point serious injuries in other, as well as help enhance their bodies. He also looked into using powerful Genjutsu and distrupting enemy Genjutsu. Rank 1: Medical jutsu cost .2X less chakra to a minimum of 1 chakra, where X is equal to the user's level. Mas not exceed 25 Reduction. (Does not stack with Flow of Life) Cost -1 Rank 2: Opponent's Ninjutsu deal .5X less damage, where X is equal to user's level, cannot exceed 50 maximum reduction. Opponents Genjutsu upkeep is incresed by .2X, where X equals the user's level maximum increase is 25. Cost -2 Rank 3: User's Genjustu can break the Stat increasion and reduciton caps but only by 60 maximum. Users Medical jutsu healing abilites increase by .2X where X is equal to the user's level. Maximum increase of 60. Cost -2 Required: Chuunin Rank 4: Opponent's Ninjutsu do -X less damage, where X is equal to user's level, cannot exceed 75 maximum reduction. Opponents Genjutsu upkeep is incresed by .5X, where X equals the user's level maximum increase is 75. (Does not stack with Rank 2) Cost -2 Required: Jounin ---------- The Inner Tranquility (Mastery of Ryuudou Myou) Allows Kihoji and his decedents to harness the true power of the Kuragari making it easier to control the flow of chakra inside and outside of his body. Rank 1: Chakra-based techniques cost 0.1X less Chakra to use where X is equal to user's level. Minimum of one must be spent.(stacks with Flow of life) Cost -1 Rank 2: Chakra-based techniques cost 0.2X less Chakra to use where X is equal to user's level. Minimum of one must be spent.(stacks with Flow of life, does not stack with Mastery) Cost -1 Rank 3: Chakra-based techniques cost 0.3X less Chakra to use where X is equal to user's level. Arashi Posted October 8, 2006 Posted October 8, 2006 Flow of life - Change them to R1:-15 R2:-30 R3:-50. Effect does not stack with previous ranks. Senses of Life - They needs a maximum. Would give you some reasonable examples, but it's too late for me to think clearly (02.25 of the night right here...)

These disturbances were confirmed to be other ninja who use chakra in their attacks. With this Kihoji is able to sense other ninja's presence over great distances and accurately target them from afar. This also allows his to sense when the disruption of chakra when Genjutsu and Ninjutsu are used. Using his own chakra he can disrupt the balance of other's chakra. (These accuracy stat boosters do not apply to those who have Ninjutsu AND Genjutsu sealed.) Rank 1: User's Accuracy is +0.5X where X is equal to user's level. Maximum increase of 40. Cost -1 Rank 1: APPROVED Rank 2: Opponent's Ninjutsu deal .5X less damage, where X is equal to user's level. Genjutsu takes +5 chakra to maintain in Kihoji's presence.
