Description: Through their constant studying and analyzing of material on the elements, the members of the Alchem clan can more easily mend these together to make new elements from the basic five.

Effect: You may create and use techniques using combinatorial elements of complexity equal to or less than your rank time two in this skill plus one.

Cost:

- Rank 2; -4

Not sure if I'm right... but isn't there a difference between the natural elements that alchemists study (as depicted on periodic table) and the ninja elements?

And, does rank two double the effect?

1 - The Alchem clan are not real alchemists! They are Alchemists built around the ninja world. Thuse a majority of their studies go into the elements of ninjutsu.
