May only be used once per phase. May not use offensive items, may not be used in the same phase as 'Superb Draw'. Description: The user, through careful planning and reflexes, can use small, hand held items quickly and efficiently, usually while performing another action. Many times the user of this technique has small items hidden in their sleeve or other convenient place that can be easily accessed. Points: 2 (1 If you have Superb Draw)
