Character will receive -.3Y damage from simple elemental Ninjutsu while the skin is maintained. "Y" may not exceed a total of 120. Damage from any combinatorial element(s) will be treated as normal Description: A sufficient method for taking measures against the elements, a Nankan may alter the cells of their skin as such to respond to their immediate environment; whenever a foreign sensation (be it heat, cold, current, pressure, etc.) is picked up by the skin, it will instinctively form a protective layer of prismatic scales to dampen the effects. Originally used for simplistic means such as preventing frostbite or accidentally burning one's self, it has developed into a tactful option for the Nankan Points: -4 JP ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Nouseisukin (Cerebral Skin) Requirement: The Teizoukaifuu (逓増開封) Type: Clan Ninjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: X Chakra +.8 Y (# Seals unlocked) Chakra to activate (+ Z Chakra) Effect: This Ninjutsu is performed during the Response phase, depriving the user of their Set-Up and Main Phases. Reduce incoming ghost damage by X, where X is 100% the cost of the technique. May ignore incoming status effects or stat reductions by paying an additional Z Chakra, where Z is 100% the cost of these status alterations. This may be used three times per battle, may only counter Chuunin or lower rank Genjutsu Description: An impressive display of both knowledge and tactic, the Nankan may cause their skin to develop a bacterium that identifies foreign Chakra that attempts to infiltrate the individual, normally allowing access to the brain, and devours it upon contact. This is an efficient method to combating illusion specialists, safeguarding their minds from the control of others Points: -4 JP ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Kiseisukin (Parasitic Skin) Requirement: The Teizoukaifuu (逓増開封) Type: Clan Ninjutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 20 Chakra +.8 Y (# Seals unlocked) Chakra Effect: Victim is drained of .5Y Chakra and .5Y Stamina An opponent may not be drained twice in a row. User does not receive Chakra or Stamina by doing so Description: An advanced procedure of bleeding Chakra into the skin, this Ninjutsu allows the Nankan -through simple touch- to drain the physical energies of their victim, helping them potentially gain a significant advantage over their opponent. The skin will take on a smooth and moist surface which pulses Chakra as to gravitate energy towards itself, helping coax the energy out of the tenketsu of a victim. At maximum, it's -36 damage, and there is no "X" to bolster this effect 2) Done 3) Removed modification
