On his legs Kazuki wears a pair of loosely fitting black gi pants. The extra room to move is a necessity for techniques that utilize the tendrils in Kazuki's legs. On his feet, Kazuki wears a pair of combat sandals, a common sight in the ninja world. -Physical Description: Kazuki is well built from his years of taijutsu, although not as well muscled as he should be due to his bloodline's natural muscular atrophy. Kazuki's skin is a healthy tan from time spent outside and training. Kazuki's hair is fairly thick and tends to hang around his shoulders like a scruffy mop. Across his nose, Kazuki sports a straight scar from a live weapon sparring session. The most prominent feature of Kazuki's body are his stitchings, as is common on Karitegaki, Kazuki's body is stitched together with his internal tendrils. He looks down on tom foolery in general and can often take an elitist view when among his peers. Kazuki also has a strong distaste towards people that view his heritage as "gross" or don't possess stomachs powerful enough to survive his bloodline's release. Both his parents work for the Iwagakuren army and were on a vacation to their home village when Kazuki was delivered. After the childbirth the couple were allowed to spend a few years in the Country of Waterfalls before returning to Iwa. Kazuki matured very quickly compared to the other children his age. Excelling in his studies right from the beginning, defining characteristics of the boy's personality were evident even during his pre-schooling days. Kazuki looked down on the ridiculous practices of recess and preferred to study or talk with his teachers. As Kazuki grew older, he enrolled in the Iwagakuren Academy to follow his in his parent's footsteps. Since the first day of his Academy training, Kazuki has been labeled as a freak of nature due to the obvious differences between Kazuki and other children's bodies. Kazuki prevailed a graduated the academy with flying colors. Instead of immediately being assimilated into a gennin team, Kazuki trained privately with his parents for several years. During this time Kazuki gained a minor mastery over his bloodline and his different abilities. As he was about to re-enter the Academy, the Iwagakure Revolution tore the city asunder. Kazuki and his parents fought against the NCIA in an effort to finally oust them from Iwa. The battle was a success and Kazuki and his family were able to rest easy knowing that they had helped to lend a hand to during the conflict. Since then, Kazuki has re-entered the Academy and has been undergoing training for several years. Now that the NCIA has fallen and a new age of ninja has been ushered in, Kazuki will finally gain his opportunity to shine. The start of each generation brought with it weaker members, usually starting to decline in strength in their pubescent stages. The problem lied in the mutation in dystrophin, a protein that lies under the muscle fiber membrane and maintains the cell's integrity. The protein production in the cells of their muscular system became warped, instead of maintaining the growth and strength of their muscles, the protein soon strengthen the bearer’s epidermis, intravenous, and nervous systems. The tendril-like texture of the circulatory system adapted and replaced the diminishing muscles. As their tendril system grows in strength, the veins become resilient to damage, even to the point where it becomes almost impossible to puncture one of the structures. Even if a wound is inflicted the veins will quickly pinch closed at the point of severance, preventing any blood loss. Effect: The Harvester is now immune to bleed effects. Cost: -2 The Path of the Hunter Ninja Description: Some people are born to be hunters. They analyze their surroundings, try to take anything and everything they can from the knowledge of them, and attempt to use their surroundings and the things which they feature as defenses against predators. This has been true since the beginning of mankind, and is still true even in the modern day. A person who follows the path of the hunter is skilled in the arts which made countries in the days of old, and which kept danger from those around them. Hunters use traps, or poisons, from their direct surroundings, to their advantage. Effect: Character gains 1 extra Jutsu Point per level. Hunter's Discipline: -Precise Step: 2 ranks of 'Light foot Trapper' may be gained for the price of 1 SP. -Art of Distraction: 2 ranks of 'Trap Subtlety' may be gained for the price of 1 SP. Cost: -1 Negative Bloodrage Bloodline: Personal to Karitegaki Kazuki Description: Kazuki's blood-thirst is evident as soon as a wound is opened. Causing him to fly into a rage of violence. Effect: If an opponent is bleeding Kazuki becomes "Berserk". While Berserk, Kazuki deals 20% more Taijutsu damage but takes 10% more damage from physical sources, 40% more damage from Genjutsu sources, and receives -20% to dodge genjutsu. While Berserk, Kazuki may only attack or use techniques on opponents who are bleeding and will attack until his target is dead. It is unable to attack or interact with other objects, but can serve as a good distraction. Effect: Adds +5 evasion and +5 accuracy for each clone. Once a clone is hit it is destroyed, and the bonuses with it. Name: Henge no Jutsu (Transformation Technique) Type: Genjutsu Rank: Academy Student Cost: 5 Genjutsu Effects: Change your appearance. A character 25+ levels above the one who uses this technique can see through it. Description: Wrap chakra around your body to change your appearance. You take that physical form, but only to a certain extent, such as body shape and size. You cannot, for instance, turn your arm into a bow and start firing ammunition at an opponent. Name: Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Substitute Technique) Type: Ninjutsu Rank: Academy Student Cost: 10 Damage: None Effects: Evade the next attack aimed at you. Skip your main and setup phase this turn. You can only use this 1 time per battle. This technique cannot be used to dodge Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu Techniques. Description: A lifesaver, and a must-have technique. With this technique, the user is able to swap their body with a nearby object, usually a log, which will take the full force of any incoming blows for them, while they retreat to safe ground or search for an opening. Tendril Style Taijutsu Tendril Technique: Spiral Suplex Type: Taijutsu Rank: Chuunin Cost: 45 Chakra 45 Stamina Damage: 90 Effects: "Numb" One Turn Requirements: Shuukaku Rank 1 Description: The Harvester will grab and enemy by the legs using their tendrils and pull them above their head. While they are suspended in the air the Harvester will spin them while they throw them to the ground behind their back, causing the opponent to drive headfirst into the ground in a rapid spin. Points: 3 (6) Tendril Technique: Thrust Punch I Type: Personal Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 40 Chakra 40 Stamina Damage: 50 Effects: "Clobbered" One Turn Requirements: Shuukaku Rank 1 Description: A technique developed by Karitegaki Kazuki. Kazuki will step back with his left foot while coiling all the tendrils in his left leg and right shoulder. He will then move through a step forward with his left foot while sinking into a deep Horse stance while launching a full-extension punch. This total transference of kinetic energy through his tendril system builds a massive enough impact that, on release, it can throw several hundred pound training dummies backwards up to one hundred yards.
