The other 25% is dealt to the puppeteer. When the puppets durability is 0, the puppet is unusable for the rest of battle. The puppeteer may not have any other piece of armor equipped while a puppet with this effect is equipped. The puppet may be unequipped/equipped in battle during the setup phase and used in combat as per usual when unequipped as 'armor'.
