Effects: Deafened + Dizzy [One Round]

Description: A technique developed for growing users of the Sky Dancer Style on the way towards more powerful strikes. By infusing their leg with electrical chakra and using it to propel a spinning roundhouse kick, the Sky Dancer delivers a dizzying blow. It is accompanied by a deafening bang thunderclap at the point of impact, causing it to be one of the style's most memorable jutsu.

Deafened: Your Evasion is reduced by 20%. On the turn this effect is applied your Speed is reduced by 20%. Overwrites any instance of "Impaired Hearing" you haves for its duration.

Dizzy: You get -50% to Concentration. All attacks you make have a 20% chance to fail.

Effects: Prone [Two Turn(s)]

Description: A basic fundamental of the Sky Dancer Style. Embodying the smooth, effortless movements of a cloud, the Sky Dancer dips slightly at the knees before releasing a swift, sliding kick that sweeps the opponent from their feet.

Points: 4

Prone: You have a +15% chance to hit with ranged weapons and -10% chance to hit with Taijutsu. Offensive techniques have a +5% chance to fail. All attacks that target you have a +10% chance to hit.

Max Duration: 2 turns

DP: 15/turn (Self); 25/turn (opponent)

Note: +1 Increase for Hybrid costs already included in both jutsu.
