Let's see if this works... ---- Name: Heavy Mist Technique Type: Ninjutsu (AOE) Rank: Chunnin Cost: 125 chakra (initial payment) + 25 chakra each turn (upkeep) Damage: N/A Effects: -50 to opponent's evasion/accuracy, -70 to evasion/accuracy to Doujutsu-using opponents. If user has the Assassin Tactics trait, user adds 10% to accuracy and evasion. Description: An advanced version of the Kirigakure no Jutsu, fruthering the mist's thickness, and further impairing the opponent(s) Edited February 5, 2006 by Sweet Neodaddy

I think it qualifies since the thing its enhancing is a genjutus also that it does no damage. If this is true i think the ratios are slightly off. Another mod/admin can check this as well for me. chuunin genjutsu: 1|2 * 3(area effect) so the total should add up to about 75 so minus the 20 upkeep and i think the whole thing is supposed to cost about 5 more. I'm probably wrong but ask another mod/admin. After they give their advice i'll look over this again and give you my final word on it.
Guest Sweet Neodaddy Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 I don't think that Kirigakure no Jutsu should have been a Genjutsu anyway, since the mist you create is real; that is why I made this a Ninjutsu tech. But, I'll bump up the cost.
Rei Posted February 4, 2006 Posted February 4, 2006 Kirigakure no Jutsu is officially a ninjustu, as with several NA justu it's under the wrong category. Anyway, if this negates the keep-up effect and doesn't stack why does it require you to use Kirigakure no Jutsu?
