shizuki Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 So this basically gives the character a free melee weapon of level 5 for a skill point?
Kido Posted March 18, 2006 Author Posted March 18, 2006 give me the skill point for a kunai equivalent stinger to change it to.
shizuki Posted March 18, 2006 Posted March 18, 2006 So then is it a free melee kunai equivalent or not?
Kido Posted March 18, 2006 Author Posted March 18, 2006 No, kunai used as a melee weapon are treated as a medium weapon, and for a gennin, it is for only one turn. So it can't be used in a regular combo unless part of a taijutsu one, and I haven't created one as of present. Would -2 be good for it?
shizuki Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 If I read that right, a gennin can only use this once per battle?
Kouta Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 I see nothing wrong with simply saying that the tail can be used as a medium weapon with the equivalence of a kunai. There is no need to press a limit upon it. It isn't even much of a big deal honestly.
shizuki Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 Well, I'm trying to get clarification on it. I -think- it's saying that the tail becomes the equivalent of a medium level 5 weapon (like a melee kunai).
Kido Posted March 19, 2006 Author Posted March 19, 2006 Yes. I'm sorry, when you said it earlier I didn't understand it.
shizuki Posted March 19, 2006 Posted March 19, 2006 Well, as long as it comes with the penalties of wielding a medium weapon, I'll approve.
Kido Posted March 19, 2006 Author Posted March 19, 2006 I edited the text for the offical word of approval
Kido Posted March 20, 2006 Author Posted March 20, 2006 (edited) It's been edited for medium weapon usage outside of a taijutsu combo. Edited March 20, 2006 by Gornok
