  1. I like the show, gave up '24' for it on the spot. They really have a good mixture, but would like to see more of Sylar though, more character development would be nice. I find the male version of Rogue [Peter] and Hiro entertaining.

  3. The heart(s) is harvested at the end of battle. While the body could be examined later for the interrogation, but of course it would be preferred if one sealed the corpse into a scroll, or use some other tactic to preserve the body.
  4. Wording fixed Yes, the examination of the body is how they gather the information, a ritualistic autopsy really. The bloodline already gives the user access to the bodies of the dead...since they are harvesting the hearts of those dead, but this is basically meant to tease out the last remnants of importance of the character, their little black book of secrets.

Their metaphysical studies enabled them to look briefly into the psyche of their prey through their harvested organ, but later development yielded a new path in which they learned that the answers in which they sought is written in your skin and muscles, in ligaments and tendons and corpuscles. It’s in the brain fluid in the mucus in the eye and ear, in the tapestry of the dead tissue itself. The answers found in your inner most thoughts and habits which they seek are in your blood, your guts, in the marrow of your smallest bone. Although considered hideous for the thoroughness of examination the preserved corpse undergoes, it grants them the information which normal forms of interrogation could never generate. Effects: Could only choose one discipline per corpse examined with 10 post training. The Necromancer is able to convert their skeletal structure to fit the identity of the corpse examined, adds + 5 to the visibility roll for every identity stolen. Intelligence Harvesting Discipline: The Necromancer is able to gather strategic information of the persons which this shinobi held ties with. Gains +5% to accuracy and evasion against the shinobi(s) which deceased trained with or battled against. Psychophysical Harvesting Discipline: The Necromancer is able to use Idenchizu Choukou without its former posting and use restrictions. Requirements: Jounin Rank, Shuukaku Rank 3, Omoitoru, Idenchizu Choukou, and either Path of the Mystic or Path of the Sage. Cost: -4

The Torofihanta Clan of the Hidden Waterfall Village was believed to hold the keys to physical invulnerability. Durable, able to handle the extremities which nature could offer without much for wear. Strong, the founder was known to create seismic depressions as an example of his power. They were also fast, known for delivering messages faster than homing pigeons and founders of the courier service. They were bearers of a muscular abnormality. Dystrophin, a protein that lies under the muscle fiber membrane and maintains the integrity of the cellular system was produced excessively. It created mesomorphic offspring, guaranteed to birth members which carried superior physical abilities. The pores in their skin became tighter and layered, covering the points of their chakra circulatory system. Without avenues of escape, they learned to enhance their physical capabilities instead of manipulating the elements, often shunning those who performed elemental techniques…calling it a waste of human potential. They believed that all which was required were might and the hardening of their bodies, being able to withstand the elements at its most treacherous. It soon became apparent that what was believed to be their strongest attribute also became the reason of their downfall. The start of each generation brought with it weaker members, usually starting to decline in strength in their pubescent stages. The amount of dystrophin in their bodies increased steadily, ceasing to feed muscle tissue while increasing the size of the intravenous system. By the end, their limbs were useless to them as their skin warped with knots of corded veins and arteries as the rest withered. Treated as lepers by the villagers, they were ostracized due to fears that it might be contagious. They were taken to a cave located in the mountain region less traveled and simply forgotten, a prayer in their heart that they were never heard from again, and life moved on for the majority as well as the Torofihanta. The majority died to starvation, incapable to move using their own strength and simply gave up hope. But a teenager at the time from the Karitegaki family learned how to cope with his ailments and never gave up. Karitegaki Akira learned how to use his chakra to make his enlarged circulatory system which appeared like thick tendrils to act as a substitute for his dilapidated muscles. As he became more skilled, he noticed other abilities…at the expense of the remaining survivors. Akira learned that their lack of muscles gave him peculiar advantages. His weight was reduced by a third of his weight without a penalty towards physical abilities. Another was the ability to separate his skin to allow access to his tendrils, making them stick out at first like small spikes while in later development as an extension for limbs to capture prey. But the strongest ability was that of harvesting. The Shuukaku bloodline bearer is able to extend their lifetime exponentially by transplanting human hearts into their body. This also served to nullify the chains of their predecessors, as the Shuukaku learned how to manipulate one of the elements which their organ donor formerly knew as well as certain techniques and abilities which they also held. Decades later they re-emerged back into normal village life in a new home, Iwa. Hiding their abilities for the most part while hunting among the freshly [or almost] dead on the battlefields, they are known as ordinary shopkeepers, refugees from a small village who sought life in a bigger one. The tendril-like texture of the circulatory system adapted and replaced the diminishing muscles. They learned to also tap into harvested organs to enhance their physical capacity and longevity. Restriction: Character may not take the Subtle Elements skill, may start the game with one of the five basic elements [Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, Lighting], but may not take Sandcastle Sovereign, Sonic Boom, Green Thumb, or Perfect Storm. Learning to adjust to the variety to possible elements which was previously beyond his reach, they must train harder to learn the principles behind every element. Requirements: Harvesting the organ from a deceased opponent at the end of battle Effect: The bearer is able to harvest the heart from their foe and transplant organ in their body at the end of battle. Bearer's level of tank stat increase from each stored heart: Gennin: +4% Health, 2% to chakra and stamina Chuunin: +6% Health, 4% to chakra and stamina Jounin: +8% Health, 6% to chakra and stamina Sennin: +10% Health, 8% to chakra and stamina -the user 'gains' one of the elements which the owner of the harvested [choose one at time of organ storage] -when the user's Health, Chakra, or Stamina is reduced to 0, may sacrifice one stored heart in order to set Chakra, or Stamina to 30% of the total amount. This ability is used as a free action. -If you sacrifice a heart, you will also have to lose the bonus that it gave to health, chakra, stamina given. Replenished when you receive replacement heart. Cost: -3 Omoitoru - Mind Harvesting Description: Having adapted the harvested mind, creating connections from his nervous system, the foreign tissue assimilates into the bearer and also assumes the duty of vital storehouses. Usually, they are able to integrate a few abilities from their victim’s commonly used repertoire. Requirements: Harvesting the organ from a deceased opponent at the end of battle Effect: The bearer is able to harvest the mind from their foe and transplant organ in their body at the end of battle. Bearer chooses skills and jutsu that the opponent knew, equal to the amount of points listed below for each rank. Cost: -3 Shimeruisou Constriction Transference Bloodline: Shuukaku Description: The bearer learned how to apply their tendrils to take over the responsibilities of their motor skills than their muscles. They discovered that the poor shielding of their chakra circulatory system enriches their tendrils not only to aid them in those types of attacks, but also to their physical attributes. Able to constrict the coiled tendrils within his body for better shock absorption against the terrain and muscle response, the bearer is able to increase the speed of their movements. Growing to close to twice its thickness and coiling in the efforts to compensate for the loss of muscle by taking on the functions of the muscular and connecting tissues. Adapting their chakra circulatory system’s shielding for its enrichment, the bearer also trained on adding extra strength into their tendril attacks. Mental processes formed from habitual usage captured actions already programmed into the bearer’s reactive responses. Rolling into the blow off to the target’s blindside, the harvester lunges at him with his hand positioned for a rake across the abdomen. JP: 2 Name: Tendril Jutsu: Coiled Combo Bloodline: Shuukaku Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 68 Damage: 60 Effect: Tired effect for two turns Tired: Speed is effectively halved. You take a -10% to Taijutsu damage and -5% to Evasion. May be healed if the inflicted person takes a turn to rest (skips their main phase) Description: The harvester allows the tendrils to grow between the knuckles in both of their fists which wrap around their knuckles, forming a pair of steel like knuckles. He then throws a quick flurry of punches at the target, all setup for the blow to the solar plexus which drives it a couple of inches inward. JP: 4 Name: Tendril Jutsu: Fountain Bloodline: Shuukaku Type: Taijutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 64 Damage: 50 Effect: 10 bleeding damage for three turns Description: The harvester allows four tendrils to grow between the knuckles in both of their fists which harden into foot long spikes. At full speed, they flank the target and ram the spikes into their back. Twisting his fist he snaps the spikes, leaving shards in the target to keep the wound from closing.     Echo Clones?

    Since we are talking about clones... The shadow clone...does it actually use the element of fire or is it void? back to the subject The Echo clone shares the same respect as the cloud clone, which I believe only grants the user stats or something along those parameters.
