Feeling every tear and puncture that the target imagines in his mind, the muscles react as if they are truly under attack and they hold dear the areas which are attacked as their fears are turned against them and magnified. The image of the animal feeding on the target's body sends them fleeing the user until forced to face them. Name: Scorpion Assault Type: Genjutsu Rank: Gennin Cost: 45 Chakra Damage: 30 [ghost damage] Effects: Opponent is Tired for 3 turns. - Tired: Speed halved. -10% to Tai damage, -5% to evasion. Description: The target looks at his feet with the belief that they are being attacked by numerous scorpions which are stinging their feet. As they imagine that the user of the jutsu is a good distance away, he believes that he has enough time to deal with the menacing scorpions before dodging the user's attacks, so he concentrates of getting rid of the irritants by his feet while half heartenly evading and attacking. Rei Posted March 25, 2006 Posted March 25, 2006 Damage is treated as Ghost Damage except that this may not be healed by any Jutsu or Skill that restores Health. When opponent's Health falls below 1, target is unconscious for remainder of battle. In that vase damage can't be nicrease by said stat of the effect(s) of the character. Your costs are off.
Kido Posted March 25, 2006 Author Posted March 25, 2006 (edited) Adjusted accordingly to match 2:3, plus the effects also has been computed into the cost, what is the basis of the problem you are stating? The jutsu wasn't created to restore anything from the target, and spectral damage is recognized in so many other jutsu on the board. It's perfectly legitmate and matches the description as well. shizuki Posted March 27, 2006 Posted March 27, 2006 Ghost damage is dealt 1:1, and you haven't factored in cost for Scared. Ghost damage can't be healed to begin with, so it's pointless to make up this idea of Spectral damage. Same goes for the second tech.
