  • Height: 5'6"
  • Weight: 130 lbs
  • Hair Color: Aun's original hair color has been lost to the sands of time to speak, as she has dyed it so many times it's hard to tell anymore. At the moment, a greenish blue hair color flows in length just beyond the young woman's shoulders. Spiked throughout, the back of Aun's hair reaches for the sky while her bangs hang down to each side of her face. There is a blue tint that swims through the young womans hair randomly. It's as if it flows wherever it pleases, like the woman herself.
  • Eye Color: Much like her hair color, Aun's eyes can't seem to make up their mind as one is of midnight in color and the other is dull grey. A glance from her looks to have the ability to pierce ones soul and look onto them without restriction.
  • Summary: Being one who spends a rather considerate amount of time outdoors the young Sokudo's skin is well tanned. Aun was a fighter since the time she was young, and has the body to show for it. Being one of the few lucky enough to survive the clans encounters with Dr. Lynx of Kumo, she has quite a bit of scarring on her chest, upper arms, and legs. She has a rather prominent tattoo on the back of her neck that bares resemblence to the clans emblem. Blue lipstick is generally seen adorning her lips, though most times she is to busy with other things to worry about makeup. If she does indeed apply the azure to her lips she will likely apply the same kind of color to her nails. After the events of the NCIA war, Aun recieved a tattoo down her right side, with the appearance of a romanticed vine with three Kanji eminating from either side. The first of which meaning destruction, followed by balance in the middle, and creation being last. This would represent her belief system towards the shinobi.
  • Apparel: A custom azure jacket with a mesh like tube piece fits the young woman's upper body, with a rather over emphasized zipper that sits useless at the end of the jacket due to the size of the jacket compared to the size of Aun's upper body. The young woman's tone mid section and stomach are left void of any covering cept for bandage that eminates from under her belt and below her navel. There is a golden armlet that sits snug on Aun's upper right arm, with a similar bracelet on her left wrist. An odd pair of shorts adorn the girls lower region, with Aun's left pant leg reaching down to the top of her ankle while the right leg falls just past the knee. From under her pants stretch worn bandaging the covers the Sokudo's lower legs and feet cept for a snug pair of slick black running shoes.

Persona:.


  • Personality: A young woman whom has had quite the chip on her shoulder early on in life, Aun's personallity completely changed after the NCIA war. Believeing herself to be the last of her kind, she harbors quite a bit of resentment for the country that she serves. This shows usually in her attitude towards fellow ninja as she will get quite snappy despite them doing nothing to deserve the treatment. Aun never tends to stick with anything to long, usually dropping whatever she has going on in a moments notice. One might even compare her flightness to the wind.

Background:.


  • Chapter 0: Beginning
    Aun had always been a rather rowdy child, always getting into some kind of mischief, always finding herself in a sticky situation, and always being the one trashing the party to pull the attention away from another. Her parents never really thought much of it at first, thinking it to be just a phase and pressed on. The attitude of hers stuck around though, through her training to become a shinobi and on past the time in which she graduated from the academy.
    It wouldn't be long until the great war of the NCIA would begin, and as such a great plaque upon the young woman's family. This plaque came in the form of a rather twisted man, a man known as Dr. Lynx of the Scientific Development branch of the NCIA. At first it had been her mother that had disappeared for the development of whatever the man was after, followed by the girls father, and then the rest of her immediate family. It didn't take long before they caught Aun as well. Luckly for the young woman, the end of Sokudo research was at hand as the war effort was turning quickly out of Kumo's hands and as such more attention and funds were diverted away from Lynx's research. During the invasion of Fang, the Sokudo found an opening to escape on her own, left with the notion that perhaps she was the last of her kin to exist.
    From that point on, Aun had become a woman more of balance than of the one sided chaos she had been before. The idea that she was the last of her kind completely shook the girl's ideaology and as such Aun grew up fast. Her heart had grown cold and her mind absolute. With much deliberation, Aun finally returned to Kumo once again to serve as a shinobi, believing the NCIA a seperate entity from the village she was raised in. Though there was no real way to shake off her feelings. For the next couple of years the girl would prosper as a shinobi, living on her own in the village to which she secretly resented.

The Path of the Scout [-1 SP]

Travel post requirements for this character are reduced by 500 words to a minimum of 100. Travel post requirements for any people traveling with you (so long as you role play leading them through the travel) are reduced by 200 words to a minimum of 100. May take the 'terrain bonus' skill of your own village at the cost of 1 Skill point, and once you've begun traveling the world, pick one other 'terrain bonus' skill in correspondence with the region's terrain. Failing this, the basic village terrain bonus and weathered shinobi (Once all other requirements for that skill are met) can be taken at the cost of 1 SP each.

The Path of the True Mercenary [-1 SP]

When taking a mission, may choose to gain money instead of XP. (A mission that grants 200xp instead gives you +$200). Whenever Traveling, a follower of the Path of the True Mercenary is required to write 100 less words, to a minimum of 100. The skills 'Second Wind' and 'Iron Will' cost 1 skill point each. If these skills had been taken prior to this bonuses' existence, the character is refunded SP as if they had taken the skills after this 'mastery' skill was in affect.

Toko Yakushin [Endless Dash] III [-3 SP]

Upon the activation of this bloodline, the ninja gains +15 to their speed stat. Each turn that passes, this ninja receives double said bonus they had received on their previous turn. If the ninja‘s speed stat would ever pass 1.5x it‘s original base, the ninja enters ‘Critical Friction‘ While in this state, the ninja receives 10% of their speed stat as damage to their health each turn. If the ninja wishes to stop this effect, they must come to a complete stop, leaving them vulnerable for 1 turn, in addition to losing all of their bonuses. Cannot exceed 2x the user's base speed. 6% Stamina per turn upkeep. [Overriding Toko Yakushin I] (-1 SP)

Zensenfuraito [Fight and Flight] II [-2 SP]

For each 100 points in this ninja‘s speed, the ninja also gains an additional 2% to Dodge all incoming non-genjutsu attacks. Cannot exceed user's 1.5x base evasion modifier.

Escape Artist III [-3 SP]

For each rank in this skill, the user may remove one status effect or binding that would otherwise immobilize the ninja in some way. This includes, but is not necessarily limited to; Ensnared, Hamstrung, Immobilized, Prone, Shackled [Leg/Paired Legs], and Frozen. Does not negate the damage of an attack. This only applies when logically possible, and can be decided by staff if there is conflict over it.

The user can use Cloud jutsu without having the ability to use Wind, Water, or even Twisted Colors.

Subtle Elements; Fire [-1 SP]

May use Fire element techniques. All Fire Techniques deal an additional 5% of their total damage in burn damage (bleed damage when burn damage doesn't make sense) on the following turn, rounded up.

Superluminal Essence of Sleipnir [-2 SP]

Character may, in place of their standard modifiers, apply 50% of their Taijutsu and 50% of their Speed--both modified at +5 for every 20 points per stat--to all basic attacks. All such modifiers produced in this way cannot exceed the maximum value of the lower stat (likewise decided between Taijutsu and Speed). Certain weapon-types--such as gloves, etc.--may also benefit from this skill, so long as they fall within reason.

Momentum Style [-1 SP]

Momentum Charges reward the user bonuses based on the amount of charges that they currently have. However, there is also a risk of taking additional damage if they are hit at higher speeds. A user may, during their setup phase, lose as many Momentum Charges as they want as a free action. As well, any turn that the user does not use at least one Momentum Style technique they lose a Momentum Charge. Additionally, the user may perform a technique that requires the use of Momentum Charges.

  • 0 Charges: No bonus.
    1 Charge: The user gains +3% of their base speed, all damage dealt to them is increased by 2%.
    2 Charges: The user gains +6% of their base speed, all damage dealt to them is increased by 4%.
    3 Charges: The user gains +9% of their base speed, all damage dealt to them is increased by 6%.
    4 Charges: The user gains +12% of their base speed, all damage dealt to them is increased by 8%.
    5 Charges: The user gains +15% of their base speed, all damage dealt to them is increased by 10%.

Survivalist: Extreme Weather Terrain Bonus [-1 SP]

Gives +%10 speed in mountainous or clouded terrain. A ninja was this skill doesn't suffer the ranged attack penalty of Strong Winds. Requirements negated by 'Path of the Scout'

Intestinal Fortitude II [-10 SP]

Gain 15% of your Total Stamina every turn. This replaces normal Stamina regeneration. Does not stack with previous ranks.

Second Wind [-1 SP]

Upon reaching 0 or less health, the user's HP is raised back up to 1 HP, but only once per battle. If the user's HP would be reduced below -25% of its total then this skill does not come into effect.

Iron Will I [-1 SP]

Once per your rank in this skill you may treat your evasion and defense as if they were 1.5x their current value for a single Taijutsu attack aimed at you. The incoming attack cannot be of a higher rank than your own. This may not be used against an attack from a ninja of higher ninja rank than your own. Must be mentioned that it is being used when the dodge roll is made.

Kawarimi no Jutsu (Body Substitute Technique)

Type: Ninjutsu

Rank: Academy Student

Cost: 10

Damage: None

Effects: Evade the next attack aimed at you. Skip your main and setup phase this turn. You can only use this 1 time per battle. This technique cannot be used to dodge Ninjutsu, Taijutsu or Genjutsu Techniques.

Description: A lifesaver, and a must-have technique. With this technique, the user is able to swap their body with a nearby object, usually a log, which will take the full force of any incoming blows for them, while they retreat to safe ground or search for an opening.

Nijuu Nejireru [Double Twist]

Description: A rather simple attack, the Sokudo charges their opponent using their blinding speed, before twisting in the air, delivering two mighty roundhouse kicks towards their neck or jaw line.

Hiroi Kaihou! [You're Open-!]

Rank: Gennin

Cost: 40

Damage: N/A

Effects: The opponent is ‘Exposed' for 1 turn.

Description: There are many Sokudo who are quite fond of their abilities, and have no problem manipulating them to psyche the opponent out. In this particular jutsu, the ninja will run headlong towards the opponent at reckless speeds, rearing their arm back. As anyone would assume, the ninja has intentions to punch their opponent. However, just as they would make contact, they reverse their direction, doing a quick back flip into the air, landing swiftly, before pump-faking the opponent with their fist. This will leave the opponent wide open to their next attack.

Temae Nimo Motamota! [You‘re Too Slow-!!]

Type: Taijutsu

Rank: Gennin

Cost: 40

Damage: N/A

Effects: The opponent is ‘Dizzy' for 1 turn.

Description: There are many Sokudo who are quite fond of their abilities, and have no problem manipulating them to psyche the opponent out. This jutsu, much like Hiroi Kaihou, is used to mock the opponent. However, unlike the latter jutsu, this one pulls out all of the ego the user has, and stuffs it into one technique. The ninja will run round and round the opponent, turning into a blur before their eyes. They'll come to a complete stop, before running quickly in place, kicking up dirt everywhere proclaiming how slow they are.

Senpuu Sentou [Whirlwind Jab Lv 2]

Type: Taijutsu

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: 80

Damage: 60

Effects: The opponent's chest is ‘bruised' for 2 turns.

Description: A basic manipulation of the Sokudo's bloodline, if a unique one. The ninja will spin their arm in a perfect circle for a few moments, gathering a good amount of speed, before launching the punch directly at the opponent's chest cavity. With enough force to knock out the opponent in one blow, it leaves a pretty nasty bruise.

Tabitabi Rendan [Gattling Barrage]

Type: Taijutsu

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: 120

Damage: 60

Effects: Opposing ninja is ‘clobbered' for two turns

Description: Harnessing the speed of the Sokudo's bloodline, the ninja will charge their opponent, and using the momentum from their charge, begin sending dozens upon dozens of punches towards the ninja's chest and face. This attack is unrelenting, and has been known to cause minor brain damage to those who would dare stand in the ninja's way.

Rokudenashisattou [bum-Rush]

Type: Taijutsu

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: 115

Damage: 10

Effects: Opposing ninja is ‘prone' for one turn. In addition, the ninja has ‘Full Opening' to ‘Kurasinokogiri Kakekomi'.

Description: A very reckless technique, with plenty of payback if the user succeeds. The Sokudo will run backwards as far as they can, even until they seem to disappear from the ninja's vision. Then, like a lightning bolt, the Sokudo will blast forward as fast as it could possibly manage, tackling the opposing ninja to the ground, so they remain on their back. This leaves the enemy with the Sokudo ontop of them, leaving them wide open to the devastation of ‘Kurasinokogiri Kakekomi'.

Kurasinokogiri Kakekomi [Chainsaw Trample]

Type: Taijutsu

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: 150

Damage: 30

Effects: Opposing ninja is ‘burned' for the next 3 turns. In addition, the ninja is dealt an additional 10 burn damage for every 100 points in speed this ninja has. Cannot exceed +100 extra damage.

Description: A rather brutal technique of the Sokudo, best used once the opponent has been knocked onto their back by Rokudensashisattou. The user will jump on their opponent, pressing them towards the ground, before running in place as fast as they can. Friction builds up, before the ninja begins tearing through their opponent's skin, leaving skid marks all down their chest/back. The injuries are dependant on the speed the Sokudo could achieve at that point in time.

Zanzou [Afterimage]

Type: Taijutsu

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: x [Where x is equal to ½ the cost of the jutsu used after it]

Damage: N/A

Effects: Used in the setup phase. If the next taijutsu, basic attack, or weapon attack that this ninja uses is successful, the opponent must roll to see if they would be hit again. If the ninja fails this roll, then not only are they hit with the original jutsu, but they are then hit by the same jutsu with half of the damage reduced, as well as half of the effects reduced. If this would be used on a jutsu that makes a status effect last one turn, it is removed from the second attack. If this jutsu would make another status effect stack upon itself past the maximum allowed turns, it would be removed from the second attack. May not preform an offensive action on the next turn.

Description: A rather complex technique, but one of the more valued within a Sokudo's arsenal. The ninja will begin running fast enough to creates afterimages of themselves, before going in for the kill. Once the ninja would strike the opponent, the impact from the technique is increased greatly, as the afterimage comes into contact with the ninja as well, giving a slight boost in power behind the ninja's attacks. This gives the illusion of a clone jutsu, when it really is pure physical capability.

Bastard Sword of Lighting.(Banki Zenpuu No jutsu)

Type: Ninjutsu / Taijutsu [Kumo; Lightning]

Rank: Chuunin

Cost: 35 Chakra, 35 Stamina

Damage: 120

Effect: When this technique is used, the opponent's Evasion is increased by 20. User skips next setup phase.

Description: The more powerful version of Shokai Senpuu no jutsu. Instead of creating a normal long blade, the user creates a huge bastard sword with devesating power. The only problem is that the user becomes slower when attacking.
