  1. There have been case by case exceptions, considering that you dont technically deal any damage to neither Stamina nor Chakra your just lowering it for a period of time after which the amount lowered is healed.
  2. No. This has been done and re-done time and time again. Now I'm not sure your familiar with these so I'll give you some examples: The dreaded Split personality skill from Yusorian Doku And Ravage's more refined and realistic "Multiple Personality Disorder" More or less what your doing is similar to making a clan that can "copy" techniques, creating a character who had a family member that killed of the rest of the clan. Whats the word I'm looking for? Cliche Now the "split personality" your speaking of is more or less "the beast within". A good example of "the beast within" is the book A Seperate Peace. Basically your thinking of the dark part in everyone's sentinence. I would think that the set up of the skill could work something like: -Every turn you roll a 1d10 if it is below five you get the bonuses, if above you dont. -Once the beast within has been unleashed it should take considerable effort to supress it (Every time you have the bonuses you roll a 1d10, firs time you have to roll a 4 or lower to shake yourself from it and every turn after the roll is lowered by one.) -Now this "beast within" could make the given character vulnerable to psychological hindering traits. (Every time you level up a modmin rolls 1d100, there would be a 25% chance of getting a psychological hindering skill) All in all I dont like more than one sentinence to one body...

    I took fencing for several years and got quite good at saber matches, did good in tournaments but Michigan isn't the place for fencing. Favorite weapon would be the saber or epee.

Not sure if you've ever heard of the technique "Secret Might" but it works a little something like this: These techniques are basically a lower form of "Ghost Damage" to Stamina and Chakra. By lower form I mean the damage is undone including modifiers at the end of the duration of the techinique.

  11. I had thought Psionic style anything was expressively banned. It was to my belief that anything that had to do with "mind powers" wouldn't be allowed, the only exception was the Takeda. Bear in mind I'm pulling this from quite some time ago so rulings may have been changed.

    Ironic: I was using a knife of mine for a slide tube (because I dont have one) and my friend asked me "Wont that cut the strings?". I explained to him that I was using the flat of the blade and tilting it towards the blunt edge. Two days later I cut myself with the knife while using it as a slide ring ; ;
  13. Spiritual Strain Type: Genjutsu Cost: 20 Effect: Effectively drains the opponent's Chakra by 30 for the duration of the jutsu, after which they recieve the full amount drained back. If this were to incapcitate an opponent, then they recieve the status effect of "Stunned" for a turn. Only works against Genin and lasts two turns. Description: By manipulating the chakra that controls one's central nervous system, the user creates a hallucination in which the opponent believes that they feel the strain of chakra loss. Only effective against those just getting in sync with their chakra, this is often employed upon and taught to genin. Atlas's Burden Type: Genjutsu Cost: 20 Effect: Effectively drains the opponent's Stamina by 30 for the duration of the jutsu, after which they recieve the full amount drained back. If this were to incapcitate an opponent, then they recieve the status effect of "Stunned" for a turn. Only works against Genin and lasts two turns. Description: Like most all genjutsus, this requires subtle manipulation of the chakra controlling the nervous system. Manipulating the nervous system to send alerts of fatigue, the user effectively tricks the opponent into believing they were lossing stamina. The problem with the jutsu however, is the fact it only works on those whom haven't unlocked the true potential of their muscles. Thusly this jutsu is rendered useless even against Chuunin. Rules to these jutsus: -They would have half the damage cap for their rank. -Modifiers can only raise the jutsus to X1.5 the base drain. -Any use or recreation of these require my permission, if I am not available too bad.
  14. You can travel to a different village by posting in the "travel" area located below your village. Switching to a village however hasn't been done yet (to my knowledge, I have been absent for quite some time). I wasn't behind the banning of Chakra Kyuushuu so I dont really know.
  15. I just got kicked off of the bus for punching my bus driver. I was like three feet away from the door and the asshole closes the door and drives off. I jump into the street waving my arms to no avail so I threw rocks at it. Even that didn't work so I just flipped him off and walked home. On the way back from school however I got into an arguement with the prick which ended with me punching him and me getting a bus referal. Now you may think it was stupid of me, but to be honest I'd never got so much satisfaction in my life. I'll probably be suspended but I say it was worth it (juniors are doing MEAP tests so it wont really matter because my schedule was f-ed up anyways)

Honestly if you had I'd assume you would know that at the bare minimum this would cost 10 PER TURN. The description, oh the description... Develop this and it may just save your life. Honestly how the hell does the description make any sense? Your saying it empowers lightning based jutsus in the effect, yet it saves them chakra in the description? If anything your little crappy cloud would indeed be empowering techniques but you would still be paying the same amount to have any real effect (see where the common sense kicks in?) So the first one wasn't bad enough? Let me get this straight...These "clouds" your summoning are indeed real clouds with no connection to you? Because there is no way in hell it would supply "natural lightning". You see if you create a cloud it is artifical, oops sorry used a big word: Now that means you have made no sense yet again (aww 0/2 so far) So if it wasn't shaky enough as it is, you have to cast the crappy cloud for another crappy cloud? Sounds like you just want to stack bonuses oh wait it even says thats the point of the technique right there in the effect. Needless to say I dont have enough time on my hands to point how much creativity you lack therefore I'll leave it at this: "If you get an idea for a skill or a technique, hell even a bloodline...Stop your the kind of person that kills intelligence like a plague."

  19. "Half-in-half" jutsus are simply split down the middle in damage and damage reducing stats. IE: Example no jutsu is a culmination of Nin and Tai, damage modifiers from half of it come from Ninjutsu and Taijutsu. When used the opponent reduces damage from it with their Resistance and Defense modifiers. This is what I am lead to believe although damage and resisting damage may have a cap of half the modifier for each. (not sure on this one)

    You might want to actually consider dropping the cost of "Tsurara Tounyuu no Jutsu (Icicle Throw)" to 40 or 35 considering the fact it requires a justu to be used before it. Tsunami no Jutsu (Tsunami) needs to have both the cost and damage lowered to fit the Gennin chakra to damage ratio.

This looks like a culmination of "Blessing" and "Regeneration" so if we were to follow the examples set it would go something like this: -The healing properties: 15 (Exact effect of Regeneration, exact cost) -The defensive properties: 5*2 (because your not sacrificing a stat) which would equal 10 chakra per post you want it to be active. Now if you want the defensive property of the technique to have a standard of five turns then it would cost about 65 Chakra with no upkeep.

  23. "Flesh Bound" shouldn't really be limited to Taijutsu attacks and\or techniques. Think about it, with one handed seal you could do just about any Genjutsu on them (what would stop you?). Not only that but you could use most all ninjutsus. Consider this: You use fleshbound and it hits, your next turn you use chidori. With Chidori in mind what could possibly stop you from using it? The user and opponent are attatched at the arm! (The user of course would have to use chidori on their other hand because otherwise it would be undodgeable.) The only restrictions on the justu should be anything that causes burning or has a blast radius. Even then the user should be able to take part of the damage willingly.
