I am upgrading this with another 70 levels (The two blades levels are considered to be stacked, damage doesnt progress past level 100, its purely for the blades secondary effect which gives him a speed boost equal to the number of levels over 100 there are between the blades; after my upgrade the total level of the swords will be considered as 170 [100 for damage purposes] Adding 70 Levels to medium weapons @ $15 per level (after 50% merchant reduction) * 70 = $1,050 Cash on Hand: 1,083 - 1,050 = $33 Remaining.

Even though combined theyre over level 100, damage caps out at level 100, the extra levels after 100 are used for a speed buff when i strike them with the blades. So since this is basically any other upgrade level by 70 thing, I pay the 30 per level (15 from merchant), and the Swords become level 170.
