  3. I've updated this, how's the wording now? It's now as we discussed at -X Per turn, with a -2, -1, -1 Structure where you pick your poison, heh puns, on each rank.
  4. I don't exactly want to gate this behind one particular style, or clan, or path. I don't see why the 'DoTs' shouldn't be reducible by anyone who wants this. Especially since Defense already doesn't apply to them. I'd be fine with a limit of total per turn, and not per instance/jutsu applied. I'd just rather not: A.) Gate it. B.) Make it useless at endgame. If you'd like to make it a matter of just one of the three types why not a multiple rank skill? Where every rank you select Bleed, Burning, or Poison, and then you reduce that type for the selected value? At maybe a -1 To each, or a -2 for the first and a -1 For each following? That would still allow the intended -120 per turn to a type and let you get all 3 you'd just have to pay for it?
  5. I wasn't terribly hung up on the -1 so it's been removed. Mmm, I hadn't intended for it to be -X to the total damage that each jutsu would've inflicted. So, no X/3 if it was a three turn hit wasn't what I was going for. It wouldn't be that great at late game that way. -120 For max level isn't terribly much unless it's an add-on from a Subtle Elements or some other addition. In which case it still suffered from the inability to reduce it below -25% of the total. It's wording probably lacked, I was attempting to do a -X To Whatever you received that turn. Still, not much to a massive hit for a single turn of the 'DoT' effect (Which some players do) But a hit to the long-term effects a compromise. Even if it's just a -2 skill, and I'm willing to raise the price to get a per turn regardless of how many turns it'd be within reason, if we take it to a Total route.. it's kinda UP. It'd never subtract more than 120 at Endgame. That's.. removing the hit you'd get from a Subtle Element bonus or other effect (75% Of it at most.) But doing nothing to a jutsu that only dealt DoT and not damage.

Description: Through repeated exposure to long term damage, by choice or not, some shinobi are just more durable against the unseen damages that comes as an after effect of direct attacks! Effect: For each rank in this skill the user selects one of the following [bleeding], [burning], or [Poison] damage. Every turn reduce the damage dealt to that character for the chosen type by X, where x is equal to the user's level. Damage reduced this way may not be reduced below 25% of it's original damage. Cost: -2 sp for the first rank, -1 For each subsequent rank. Maximum Ranks: 3 Requirement: 10 post Jounin Training
  7. Stupid Question. If a skill grants a Permanent Bonus to a stat, IE Mokuton, the Tank stat trainers, etc. Does that value count towards the 10% Passive limit? Example, if you had 3000 Total stats without the skill, you'd get 300 You could have. If you had 4000 After it added to Chakra, or Stamina, or what not, would you get 400 for gear?

Keeping yourself alive is crucial to the survival of your team- and though it comes with its downsides, being alive is more useful to your team than the alternative. Once per rank in this skill a Medical Ninja may activate this skill during their Response Phase. The user has a +20% chance to dodge, and their block range is extended by 5 for that turn. Defense stats are also increased by 50% for the turn. The user cannot use any offensive jutsu aside basic attacks for two turns. This skill can only be used every 3 turns and only once per rank. Requirements: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Problem?: The last line of effect. It should read "Per rank of character", I suspect. It doesn't specify skill rank or character rank. Expected: So if it's meant to be have a usage limit based on character rank as of now it doesn't read that way but skill rank. If it's meant to be skill rank just throw 'skill rank' in there at the end so it's not so confusing/up for debate. (If it's based on character rank you could probably throw a rank purchase limit in there so gennin can't buy a rank they can't use.) Character: Haruno Kasumi While.. I'm at it.. not a Bug (so much) but it's been driving me crazy. Staff every line that says "Approval EXP" should read "Approve EXP" (So Mod/Admins)

Anything that happens to be in it’s path shattering should the blow land and the force continuing onwards to break their opponent's combat momentum and tempo. Points: 7

Haven't learned yet much, not even funeral dates.. because jesus people are awful, but when I learn anything more I'll try and fill some of you guys in on just what's going on. But thank you all for the support/help right now.. it means a lot.

My sister passed away this morning and between all of that, work, and.. just life.. It's gonna be hard keeping up with stuff. I'm hoping to keep up with the exams if I can but..
