Aisu Shokkuweibu (Frozen Shockwave)

Type: Ninjutsu Dynamic Trap (Ice)

Rank: Jounin

Restriction: Usable only after the Aisu Hada Transformation (Rank 3), Field must have water on it (3 water jutsu must have been used or a Water Terrain effect.)

Cost: 200

Damage: 100

Effects: Aoe, Opponent(s) suffers from frozen for one turns if they haven't been hit by a water technique their last turn or frozen for two turns if they have. The water field now turns to an ice field and all Ice Terrain effects apply.

Description: As a ninja in the Aisu Tieshu clan becomes stronger, so does their transformation. At this level the immense amount of cold energy generated by a transformation litteraly sends a shockwave in all directions, freezing anything in the area instantly. A field of water would turn to Ice, and those who are wet would find themselves nearly frozen.

Points: 5

The cost of the above was hard to make. It is an Aoe, but it is also a trap with a bunch of restrictions. Help me out?

Aisu Aura (Frozen Aura)

Type: Ninjutsu (Aisu Hada Bloodline)

Rank: Jounin

Cost: 263, 106 Upkeep

Damage: N/A

Effects: Used in the response phase against a Taijutsu attack. Opponent suffers from Numb and Frozen for two turns upon activation. User's defense and resistance is increased by 100 for the duration of the technique. Maximum 3 turns.

Description: Initially used as a defense against Taijutsu attacks, this technique has been modified over time to last a bit longer to further defend the user. Increasing their chakra and channeling it into their transformation, those with the Aisu Teishu Bloodline increase the frozen environment around them created an aura of cold chakra. When an opponent comes in contact with this aura, they are almost instantly frozen. Because of the powerful aura the non genjutsu techniques are weakened while traveling through it to get to their target.

Suiatsu Uchiageru (Hydraulic launch)

Type: Ninjutsu (Water)

Rank: Jounin

Cost: 120

Damage: 80

Effects: If this technique hits, Roll a 100d, If the roll is below 30 opponent is not effected, if the roll is 31+ then they suffer stunned for that main phase, and vulnerable their next response phase. Damage is calculated dispite the roll if attack hits. May only be used once a battle per enemy by Genin, two times by Chuunin and three times by Jounin.

Description: Summoning a powerful blast of water by manipulating they chakra, the user hits the target as a specific angle causing them to fly upwards in the air leaving them open for a follow up attack.

Suiton: Arainami En'you (Water Release: Raging Ocean)

Type: Ninjutsu (Water)

Rank: Jounin

Cost: 250

Effects: Terrain changes to Raining and Water. Raining Lasts 3 turns.

Raining: 2% chance to fall prone if moving that turn. -5% to hit with ranged attacks. Lightning attacks do damage to all exposed to the rain, even the user but do 5% less damage for each person affected.

Water: -30% to Speed, -10% to hit with Taijutsu.

Description: Using their chakra to summon forth a rain storm the user floods the area with a large amount of water in a short time, leaving very little of the natural terrain to be seen.

Bump the cost up to 200, and change the 'previously hit with a water technique' to 'hit with a water technique within the last turn.'

Change 'looses main phase and response phase' to 'stunned and vulnerable'. This makes sure that it does not go over the limit of loosing phases.

Was rain previously approved? Also, cost needs to go up to at least 300, since your applying two terrains at once.

Raining is on the main site, and I bumped it to 250, since both terrain effect were on the site and you can get a terrain jutsu with two terrain effects at chunnin level for for 250 chakra and 6 jp, it doesn't make sense for this to cost more than those, especially since this is already Jounin level and not Chunnin.
