Rhapsody
itazuragaki HERO CREW Head: None. (Whoever 'tags' the most is generally considered the leader.) Base: ~*Your Heart*~ Goal: To generate fame and clients for the hidden villages through nonviolent means. Ulterior motives are suspected. Numbers: 0 Active Members Fee: $150 The Beginning They say it started as a prank at the Chuunin exams. A trio of over-exuberant Kusagakure no Sato shinobi took it upon themselves to cover Konoha with their village's symbol. To this day, nobody is really clear on who exactly they were, but their skill and stealth have always been remembered; they are the standard for the Itazuragaki Hero Crew. From there, it snowballed, helped on by both humorous village leaders and proud ninja ready and willing to spread the word about themselves and where they came from. Some used pamphlets, others word-of-mouth. Yukigakure even went so far as to blanket a good portion of Kaze no Kuni in a thick blanket of snow. It would be a few years before the current method - inking one's village symbol on every surface possible with innocent, water soluble ink - came into prominence. It was seen as a way to establish supremacy in times of tension, when violence was clearly not the answer. Members of the IHC were to be chosen by their respective Kage, briefed on the simplicities and complexities of their job and, then, simply set free on the world. They were told to treat this endeavor as a top secret side project, to protect their true identities. And, above all else - aside from spreading the word about a hidden village - defacing historical monuments was forbidden. The very last goal of this new 'project' was war and bloodshed. It continued, this international prank, until the NCIA came into power, and everything ground to a halt. It is believed that most of the members of the old IHC were brutally slaughtered, and from that point on, it seemed as if the group had been completely forgotten. These days, the IHC is an underground operation, and is seen as nothing more than an immature criminal nuisance by most village leaders. They find loyal followers only in the hearts of proud Revolutionaries and newly-graduated Gennin that seek to one day become heroes themselves. A new dawn, an inspiration to pure hearts. The Rules · Members of the IHC must mnot display violent tendencies. · Members of the IHC must be at least Chuunin Rank · Defacing historic monuments is forbidden. · 'Tagging' any one spot takes 200 words, and is done with the member's own brush. (Bought as an RP item for $5.) · The 200 words used to 'Tag' any one spot do not count toward a mission total, but may be counted toward training word totals. · Members of the IHC may be a part of another organization. · Hopeful members are required to seek out a member of the IHC and, provided there is not another member from their village, will probably be welcomed into the organization. · Members that do not show up to meetings of the organization (held at random) will be considered dead or to have left. The Crew · -- · -- Me and all my friends - we're all misunderstood They say we stand for nothing and there's no way we ever could
