Creates a Barrier made of lightning infused chakra with 200 health that will last until the end of the phase or until it is destroyed. The user of this technique loses his/her setup/main phase, may only be used twice per battle. Description: The Black Tortoise relies more on the strength of the body then the sword. User forms a bond with the primal life force of the planet. Like Mizuchi becomes one with this force and then projects its effects through their body and then directs and shapes that energy into a physical barrier made of their lightning infused chakra, acting as a last resort precautionary measure, Tetsuo could use this technique when he had no time to physically dodge something coming at him. Cost: 5 Mumyo Jinpuu Ryuu; Mizuchi | The Voice Of the Wind | 無明 陣風 竜; 蒼竜 · 水茶屋 Type: Ninjutsu - Taijutsu - Wind - Shunpo Rank: Chunin Cost: 75 Stamina; 75 Chakra Damage: 60 Effect: Exposed for 1 turn, and Half Chain Opening [Mumyo Jinpuu Ryuu; Mattakai-Mizuchi]. Exposed: You get -50% to base Defense. Half Chain Opening: Your chance to dodge is halfed for your next Response Phase against [Technique], where [Technique] is a single technique specified by the attack that caused this status effect. You cannot be afflicted with "Half Chain Opening" if you were afflicted with "Half Opening" or "Full Opening" last turn. Description: Mizuchi is just the forward of the Mumyo Jinpuu Ryuu and the basis of all of its attacks. User then becomes one with the energy patterns they manipulate. Mizuchi surrounds user in a pocket of air as the very atmosphere is projected through their sword. Creating a wind that cuts until nothing remains and every trace of the body is erased. Gentle and warm, but frightening. The True Mizuchi can only be performed by those who have achieved the Realm of Nothingness, a state of deep meditation within ones own subconscious, one of the deepest parts of the mind. Cost: 6 Mumyo Jinpuu Ryuu; Mattakai-Mizuchi | The Breath Of the Wind | 無明 陣風 竜; 蒼竜 · 水茶屋 Type: Ninjutsu - Taijutsu - Wind - Shunpo Rank: Chunin Cost: 60 Chakra; 60 Stamina Damage: 150 Description: Gripping the blade, user unleashes an almighty slash, releasing a powerful blade of pressure that appears as faint ripples of wind at foe at high speeds; this attack enables user to assault things which are out of the sword's range, sending slashes which fly through the air itself; and can even remain floating in it until the right moment to slash. Cellar Door Posted March 16, 2015 Share Posted March 16, 2015 (edited) If the first one can be used in the Response Phase or the Main Phase it'll cost double the JP. If not then you should make it say "may only be used in the response phase". Either way you can reduce the cost to 120, or 60;60 because it's a nin-tai. Cost on the second one is like 150, or half and half, since Nin-Tai. Since it's Nin-Tai, the JP should be 6. Also, not sure what's going on with the name here. Looks a little crazy. On the third JP should also be 6. And again, you should probably divide the cost between Chakra and Stamina again.
