.: Rules for Trading

 

If you want to trade items, currency, or anything else with a player in game, an out of character (ooc) log of it must be made in this subforum. The topic can be very simple, just a list of the exchange. The following conditions are required for a trade to happen in the Ninja Academy world.

 

• Both characters must be in the same area in character and must have met in character.

• Both players must post in the trade thread confirming the contents of the trade.

• Both characters may not be owned by the same player (no trading with yourself!).

• The trade must be approved by a Moderator or Admin.

 

As a note, trades may be denied by staff if the conditions are not deemed to be plausible. For instance, trading a super rare multi thousand dollar weapon to someone from another village you just met doesn't make any sense and will not be allowed. Often situations that will be denied will come up for out of character reasons, and those are not allowed in character. We do not want to award players things for connections they make outside of the game or deals that happen outside of the role play world.
