Descendant of Kusanagi

Effect: While equipped the user may use "Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi" in placement of seals for ranged [Wind] element techniques, making applied technique [seal-less]. User must be able to utilize "Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi" in order for this effect to activate (i.e. not bound arms, etc 3.14).  

Description: Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi was created with the intention of creating the next legendary Kusanagi blade. Uzumi Ren ventured into the lands of Iwa in order to hunt for the fabled town of Seyyard Ridge, a settlement known for its expert black smith population. Armed with information of Kusanagi, both physical and personal experiences with the blade, Ren was able to relay the design to the black smiths enough to create a unique blade suited for Ren and Raz's own techniques. Utilizing the original concept behind Kusanagi's ability to display the user's wind power, Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi was forged with several seals hidden beneath the hilt that allow the blade to effortlessly cast the user's ninjutsu. Of course the jutsu must be projected from the blade, limiting the use of the weapon to ranged attacks.

Inheritor of the Wind

Effect: While "Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi" is equipped the skill "Wind Specialty" is considered to have double effects. This ability can only be used in a technique where "Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi" is a tag or on a technique that has used the ability "Descendant of Kusanagi" in this action.

Ninjutsu Honing

Effect: Weapon attacks made with this weapon are modified by Ninjutsu instead of Taijutsu.
Description: Forged by the most knowledgeable of blacksmiths of Seyyad Ridge, Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi was born as an instrument of ninjutsu rather than physical dominance. Through their unique methods of forging the blacksmiths of Seyyad Ridge were able to produce a blade reliant on Ren's wind natured chakra to fully bring out the ability of the blade. While equipped the blade basks in a soft glow of chakra, showing its ninjutsu inheritant nature.

Greater Afflication; Bleeding [60]
Effect: Any weapon with this attribute has the potential to afflict a target with a status effect when successfully struck. The status effect inflicted is chosen at the time of purchase and may never be changed. Enemy will roll a d20; 1-10 results in the enemy suffering the [chosen] status for the duration of one turn. "Stunned, Vulnerable, Disorganized, and Immobilized" may not be used [Any status with a "CP" of 50 or less may be chosen, so long as a valid reason is provided]. Effect Costs: Y - X (X=Your level; Y=Target level. A cost of at least 20 Chakra must be paid to 'activate' and 'maintain' the ability to afflict an enemy with a status)
Description: While flowing with the Ren's chakra Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi creates a unique wind element layer on top o thef hardened steel of the double edged sword. When used in combat the blade is capable of ignoring an opponent's defense with the microscopic blade of wind placed on top of it, often shredding an opponent with the razor edged wind.

Pristine Edge
Effect: +30% on weapon base attack, rounded up. Replaces "Razor Edge"
Description: Despite the overall reliance of chakra for this blade the forgers of Seyyard Ridge were sure to make this weapon a blade above all else. Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi's double edge design is forged to prevision sharpness, allowing for the blade to cut all it lay's eyes on.

Effect: Only one copy of this item may exist.
Description: Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi is a true one of a kind weapon, dutifully crafted by the expert forgers in Seyyad Ridge. Blessed on it's creation, Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi  is a work of art as much as it is a deadly weapon.

Chakra Blade
Effect: Attacks made with this weapon cost chakra instead of stamina
Description: Forged to be used in the ninjutsu arts, Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi utilizes the user's chakra in place of their actual stamina ability. When equipped by a powerful user it is said the blade will lightly glow with the presence of their chakra.

Link Formation

Effect: Character may use this weapon with regular or ranged weapon modifiers.
Description: A hallmark ability of Ame No Murakumo No Tsurugi is its ability to launch ranged attacks, despite its bladed nature. This is accomplished by physically throwing blades of wind chakra through the sword's unique chakra abilities. The blades of wind are as powerful as the steel of the blade.

The Japanese word for a double-edged sword is Tsurugi. Jian is Chinese. I mean, do what you will there, but I thought I'd let you know.

I know this is a WIP, but the first special ability could be trimmed down a bit if you said "While this weapon is equipped, all techniques of the wind element are treated as if they were seal-less" and then of course the rest of the restrictions. It just came off as a bit wordy.

Moved to dead as part of the forum cleaning I mentioned in my PM. I'll move it back if you'd like to revisit this in the future. As it's a WIP, there isn't really anything for me to review here as there was in most of the other threads.
