Add this after the above quote: "This bonus is halved for Concentration based attacks." Other than that, everything looks good. Please fix your formatting while you have the chance, though- it looks like it broke during the resub. Reminder that mechanically no one is saying nope to this, in fact it already has one approval from wolf that is still valid!
