Ootspunter
Keruppika. The Nonchalant Keruppika, the elder sister of the more boisterous and angry Nitabaki, is almost a perfect opposite from her brother in demeanor and ability. In fact, her name comes from a combination of the onomatopoeia for a lightning strike and for giving off an air of aloofness. Unlike most Hayabusa who use their bodies as hunting weapons, Keruppika relies solely on her mastery of the Shock element. Though she possesses a certain natural skill in the manipulation of charged particles and the surrounding atmosphere, her reliance on Ninjutsu seems rather to be borne from her nonchalance towards her opponents; she doesn't care enough to even enter the physical space of an enemy. Keruppika stands at about 5 feet tall with an impressive 12 foot wingspan. Much more grown, but not quite fully developed, her topcoat is of a blueish-gray hue while her underparts are white with considerable brown speckling, althouh her conservative fighting style has left her appearance unscathed despite her considerable battle experience. However, her most unique feature and the ability she is most known for among the Hayabusa is the falcon-shaped shroud of bright blue crackling static electricity which she generates as a suit of protective armor. In battle she appears to be quite dark, only her silhouette appearing beneath the static-blue shroud. Lesser beings beware of Keruppika’s dispassionate doling of electric divine punishment from up on high. Stats [5500] Health | 700 Chakra | 780 Stamina | 20 Defense | 400 Taijutsu | 0 Ninjutsu | 800 Genjutsu | 0 Concentration | 0 Speed | 1000 Accuracy | 1000 Evasion | 800 Equipment Keruppika no Kaden О̄i | Keruppika’s Charged Shroud Type: Armor Placement: Body Effect: +200 Defense Description: Being an absolute master of the Hayabusa Family’s native Shock element, Keruppika is capable of constantly surrounding herself with her uniquely charged Chakra energy. The result of this is a sight to behold; Keruppika appears enveloped in crackling, lightning-blue energy that almost looks like an electric suit of armor. Not only does this shroud look absolutely awe-inspiring, but its composition of Chakra-enhanced electrons tends to ward off a great deal of damage. Skills Summon Family Element: Shock Effect: May use Shock element techniques. If an opponent is struck by at least one Shock element technique on their turn, their chakra and stamina regeneration is reduced by 20%. This effect may not be applied to an opponent on a turn in which their regeneration will be reduced by any other means (regardless of which was applied first) and does not stack with itself. In addition, the user may choose to apply the bonus from one of the Subtle Elements skills required to learn this element if they own it. Cost: -1 [0; Summon Family Element] Subtle Element | Lightning Effect: May use Lightning element techniques. All Lightning techniques have a +8% chance to hit. All 5 'Subtle Element' skills share ranks, however each skill may only be taken once. Cost: -1 Inner Calm | Rank 2 Effect: Chakra-Based Techniques cost 10 less Chakra per ninja rank of the technique. This shares ranks with the skill 'Steadfast Durability'. Ex: Genin techniques cost -5 Chakra, Chuunin techniques cost -10 Chakra, etc. Cost: -2 Ninjutsu Mastery [Shock] | Rank 2 Effect: Ninjutsu of the chosen Element deal +5x damage per rank in this skill, where x is equal to your ninja rank Cost: -2 Shiva, The Destroyer Effect: Ninjutsu from the user will deal an additional 20% base damage and cost 10% less Chakra, rounded up. This multiplier, in this case and this case only, allows you to break the base damage cap. The taker of this skill may not use Genjutsu and may not have any skills that give negative effects towards Genjutsu abilities. Ootspunter
Jutsu Bachiton: Jūden | Shock Release: Electrification Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] Rank: Chūnin Cost: 80 Chakra Damage: N/A Effect: The target is afflicted with "Destroy Item" Description: When needing to level the playing field, a shock element user can imbue an enemy's items or armor with intense amounts of statically charged particles, rendering them useless. Cost: 3 Bachiton: Yūkitekina hо̄den | Shock Release: Coordinated Discharge Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | AoE | Hijutsu; Hayabusa Rank: Chūnin Cost: 80 Chakra Damage: 25 Effect: Area of Effect attack. Does not affect allies. Description: A Shock-adept Hayabusa will use the yūkitekina hо̄den technique when they wish to strike many opponents at once from up in the sky. Flying over the battlefield, the falcon will place massive electrical charges above each enemy. When released, the static shocks rain down onto all those targeted. Cost: 3 Gyaku Kuchiyose No Jutsu | Reverse Summoning Technique Type: Ninjutsu [Void | Hijutsu; Summons] Rank: Chūnin Cost: x Chakra (See Summoning Rules) Effect: When determining the cost of this technique, the user of this technique must roll a 50-sided dice. This roll is treated as if it were a Summoning Roll, with the user's Summoning Level being treated as their rank. The user's level is treated as if it were equal to the target's when using this technique. The target of this technique negates any unresolved physical attacks that would target them in their next Response Phase. The maximum rank of technique that may be negated by this technique is equivalent to the result of the Summoning Roll (i.e. 61-100; Genin, 101-130; Chūnin, etc) This technique may only target characters that possess the skill 'Contract Manager' that relates to the user. This technique may be used 1 time per battle. Role-Play Effect: The technique may be performed to allow a character who possesses the skill 'Contract Manager' to be transported to their respective summon's homeland (typically Elsewhere) with a travel requirement of 0 words. This effect may not be accessed while the character to be affected is in battle and may only be performed by a Gamemaster presiding over the affected character. Description: When a shinobi enters into a contract with a group of animals to work in unison, that contract is a two way road. The ninja is capable of summoning any of the animals they are contracted with provided they have the chakra to do so, but that shinobi is also bound to that family of animals. This jutsu is the opposite of the Summoning Technique, which allows animals to summon their contracted shinobi. Though it is most often used to transfer a shinobi over long distances when needed, it can also be used for quick evasive action and to protect their summoner from harm. Points: 4 Bachiton: Ikuta no Kūden-dama | Shock Release: Multi Static Orbs Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | Multi-strike | Hijutsu; Hayabusa Rank: Chūnin Cost: 20x Chakra Damage: 25 per strike for x strikes Effect: Multi-Strike Jutsu where x is the number of strikes between 1 and 5, chosen by the user at the time of the attack. Description: Beginning with the opened beak, then adding one eye, then the other, then each of the talons, the Hayabusa will amass statically charged chakra into energy orbs and then discharge them simultaneously towards the enemy. Cost: 4 Bachiton: Dentetsu | Shock Release: Transfer of Electricity Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] Rank: Chūnin Cost: 115 Chakra Damage: 100 Effect: An allied target gains the status effect "Haste" for one (1) turn (may be the user). The allied target must be chosen by the user at the time of using this jutsu. Description: The user attempts to send a bolt of highly charged particles through an enemy, sapping energy from their system. The drained energy will then be shot through a bolt to an ally who can use the boost to move more quickly for a time. Cost: 4 Keruppika no Kaden О̄i | Keruppika’s Shock Shroud Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | Shield | Hijutsu; Hayabusa Rank: Chūnin Cost: 150 Chakra Effect: Creates a shield around the target with 250 HP that lasts for four (4) turns. May be used twice per battle. Description: The trademark ability of Keruppika, the Hayabusa will sometimes share some of her falcon-shaped shroud of static electricity with a summoner she wishes to protect. Cost: 5 Bachiton: Genwaku no Dengeki | Shock Release: Blinding electric shock Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | Hijutsu; Hayabusa Rank: Chūnin Cost: 138 Chakra Damage: N/A Effect: Inflicts “Blind” and “Burning; 30” for two (2) turns each. Description: The Hayabusa will shoot a concentrated ball of static at their opponents face. Upon exploding in a bright flash, the attack temporarily blinds the eyes and singes the face severely. Cost: 5 Bachiton: Kūdenshо̄mо̄ | Shock Release: Shock Attrition Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | Hijutsu; Hayabusa Rank: Chūnin Cost: 150 Chakra Damage: N/A Effect: Inflicts “Exhausted” and “Weakened” for two (2) turns each. Description: Channeling the powerful energy generated between the clouds in the sky, a Hayabusa will emit continuous shocks of static electricity from their eyes which rain down upon the target until they are utterly drained. Cost: 5 Bachiton: Reiki Hakai | Shock Release: Life-force Disruption Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] Rank: Jо̄nin Cost: 180 Chakra Damage: 90 Effect: May inflict one of the following for three (3) turns, chosen at the time of the attack by the user: “Quarantine; Taijutsu” | “Quarantine; Ninjutsu” | “Quarantine; Genjutsu” Description: A simple but profoundly powerful jutsu, Reiki Hakai allows Shock adepts to disavow entire Chakras from an enemy’s Reiki, or spiritual life-force. Which of the 7 Chakras are targeted dictates the type of jutsu that is disabled. Like a God sends bolts from the heavens to the earth below in punishment, crackling energy sent from the user blasts into the enemies body, flooding the targeted Chakra nodes. almondsAndRain
Bachiton: Reiki Hakai is technically three techniques, which puts it over the 1 Jounin technique limit for level 2 summons. You can fix this by either switching the technique out or purchasing two ranks of this skill. If you go with the skill, be sure to let its creator know, it is what he requested in the second post of the thread. I know this is kind of a pain, sorry. But techniques with options are basically just multiple techniques under one hood. The rest checks out!
almondsAndRain
My previous review remains. As I said via PM, I'm moving custom creations that are untouched to dead, but if you'd like to work on this cool summon again, reach out to me and I'll move it back.
