Ootspunter
Miyazā. The Gazer Miyazā, the former king of the Hayabusa royal aerie, and the eldest of all the falcons in the family, is rarely seen in motion. He takes his place as advisor to his daughter and queen, the great Byukoka-Hime. Indeed, due to his old age, he no longer engages in direct battle, preferring to oversee the battlefield safely from the clouds above. To compensate, Miyazā exchanged his skill in Hayabusa style fighting for skill in genjutsu. Stats [8000] Health | 1050 Chakra | 1000 Stamina | 50 Defense | 700 [1000] Taijutsu | 0 Ninjutsu | 200 Genjutsu | 1200 Concentration | 1200 Speed | 1500 Accuracy | 0 Evasion | 1100 Equipment Tokitotomoni Katameru Umо̄ | Time-Hardened Feathers Type: Armor Placement: Body Effect: +300 Defense Description: Miyazā, by far the eldest Hayabusa in the Royal Aerie, has a coat of feathers that have withstood eons of battle. Though they are no longer as aerodynamically useful, Miyazā's feathers have become weighty and hard as iron. This affords him protection from attacks that would rival the thickest of animal hides. Skills [10 SP] Summon Family Element: Shock Effect: May use Shock element techniques. If an opponent is struck by at least one Shock element technique on their turn, their chakra and stamina regeneration is reduced by 20%. This effect may not be applied to an opponent on a turn in which their regeneration will be reduced by any other means (regardless of which was applied first) and does not stack with itself. In addition, the user may choose to apply the bonus from one of the Subtle Elements skills required to learn this element if they own it. Cost: -1 [0; Summon Family Element] Time Archetype Genjutsu Effect: Time Archetype genjutsu gain an additional 10% to total stat additions and subtractions on Speed, Accuracy and Evasion. Cost: -1 Subtle Element | Lightning Effect: May use Lightning element techniques. All Lightning techniques have a +8% chance to hit. All 5 'Subtle Element' skills share ranks, however each skill may only be taken once. Cost: -1 Genjutsu Creator | Rank 5 Effect: Genjutsu reduces non-tank stats of opponents by 5x additional points per rank in this skill, where x is equal to your ninja rank. If an attack reduces multiple non-tank stats the user may choose to divide this bonus between those stats however they want. Cost: -5 Genjutsu Shaper | Rank 3 Effect: When using a Genjutsu attack on an opponent the user may choose one (1) status effect. The first time a Concentration based strike from that attack with the chosen status effect hits an opponent there is a chance the duration of that status effect is increased by one (1) turn, based on the rank of this skill. This will not allow you to break the maximum turn duration of any status effect. Does not work with Bleeding, Burning or Poison status effects. Rank 3: On a Concentration dodge roll of a 1-60, the chosen status effect last one turn longer. Ootspunter
Jutsu Bachiton: Denkai Jiinto | Shock Release: Numbing Electric Field Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | Genjutsu [Time] | AoE Rank: Chūnin Cost: 60 Chakra Damage: 10 Ghost Damage Effect: Uses Concentration to determine chance to hit. This jutsu does not target Allies. Targets lose 5 Speed for 2 Turns. Description: The user creates a low-intensity field of electric energy that gives all enemies in the area the impression that their legs have begun to fall asleep. As a result, the enemies ability to move is slightly impaired. Cost: 3 JP Gyaku Kuchiyose No Jutsu | Reverse Summoning Technique Type: Ninjutsu [Void | Hijutsu; Summons] Rank: Chūnin Cost: x Chakra (See Summoning Rules) Effect: When determining the cost of this technique, the user of this technique must roll a 50-sided dice. This roll is treated as if it were a Summoning Roll, with the user's Summoning Level being treated as their rank. The user's level is treated as if it were equal to the target's when using this technique. The target of this technique negates any unresolved physical attacks that would target them in their next Response Phase. The maximum rank of technique that may be negated by this technique is equivalent to the result of the Summoning Roll (i.e. 61-100; Genin, 101-130; Chūnin, etc) This technique may only target characters that possess the skill 'Contract Manager' that relates to the user. This technique may be used 1 time per battle. Role-Play Effect: The technique may be performed to allow a character who possesses the skill 'Contract Manager' to be transported to their respective summon's homeland (typically Elsewhere) with a travel requirement of 0 words. This effect may not be accessed while the character to be affected is in battle and may only be performed by a Gamemaster presiding over the affected character. Description: When a shinobi enters into a contract with a group of animals to work in unison, that contract is a two way road. The ninja is capable of summoning any of the animals they are contracted with provided they have the chakra to do so, but that shinobi is also bound to that family of animals. This jutsu is the opposite of the Summoning Technique, which allows animals to summon their contracted shinobi. Though it is most often used to transfer a shinobi over long distances when needed, it can also be used for quick evasive action and to protect their summoner from harm. Points: 4 JP Bachiton: Chikara Ryuushutsu| Shock Release: Strength Discharge Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | Genjutsu Rank: Chūnin Cost: 87 Chakra Damage: N/A Effect: Inflicts Weakened and Exhausted for 1 turn each. The target’s Ninjutsu and Taijutsu are reduced by 10 each for 1 turn. Description: Through administering a severe electric shock, the user creates in the target the sensation that they have been battling far longer than they truly have. This leaves the target feeling exhausted and drained of their strength. Cost: 4 JP Bachiton: Fuhoni Rashutsu | Shock Release: Involuntary Exposure Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | Genjutsu [Time] Rank: Chūnin Cost: 120 Chakra Damage: N/A Effect: Uses Concentration to determine chance to hit. Inflicts Vulnerable and Stunned for 1 turn. Target loses 30 Evasion for 1 turn. Description: The user loads chakra into their eyes and then lets of a shock that leaves the target feeling suddenly exposed to the elements entirely against their will. Upon feeling an intense electric shock, they will suddenly experience themselves as taking in all stimuli without defense, as though they were utterly naked. Cost: 5 JP Bachiton: Ude to Ashi Hidoukika | Shock Release: Limb Desynchronization Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | Genjutsu Rank: Chūnin Cost: 150 Chakra Damage: N/A Effect: Uses Concentration to determine chance to hit. Inflicts Shackled [paired legs] for 1 turn and Bound [paired arms] for 2 turns. Description: The user creates a static shock through the target’s core that travels rapidly through their spine. This causes the information in the target’s neurons to desynchornize from their intentions, rendering their limbs useless for a time. Cost: 6 JP Bachiton: Konton no Taimu Hidoukika | Shock Release: Static Time Desynchronization Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | Genjutsu [Time] Rank: Chūnin Cost: 134 Chakra Damage: N/A Effect: Uses Concentration to determine chance to hit. Target loses 200 Evasion for 1 turn Description: Set upon by a bright, electric flashbang of Shock element chakra, this jutsu makes the target feel as though the sensations of their body and mind are randomly out-of-sync with external stimuli. The subtle but unpredictable desynchronization between how attacks appear to be coming in and when they actually hit severely disables the target’s ability to coordinate motion and thus, dodge incoming attacks. Cost: 6 JP Bachiton: Sanpatsu Senkou | Shock Release: Sporadic Light Flares Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | Genjutsu [Time] Rank: Chūnin Cost: 140 Chakra Damage: N/A Effect: Uses Concentration to determine chance to hit. Inflicts Blind for 2 turns. Target loses 60 Accuracy for 1 turn. Description: The user creates sporadic flashbangs of static discharge in the area around the target, giving them the sensation their vision is bathed in a piercing white light. Cost: 6 JP Bachiton: Reiki Bunkyoukuka | Shock Release: Life-Force Polarization Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | Genjutsu [Time] Rank: Jо̄nin Cost: 340 Chakra Damage: N/A Effect: Uses Concentration to determine chance to hit. The user chooses one enemy target and one allied target. The enemy target loses 100 speed and 100 Evasion for one turn, and is inflicted with “Exposed” for 1 turn and “Scorched” for 2 turns. The allied target gains 100 Speed and 100 Accuracy for one turn. Description: A clever use of basic static polarization creates a static shock between an enemy and an ally by surrounding them with negatively and positively charged Shock Element Chakra. The enemy begins to feel as though their energy is siphoned off into the user’s ally. Apparent time slows for the enemy while it speeds up for the ally. Cost: 9 JP Machimono no Wasureru | Possession Amnesia Type: Genjutsu Rank: Jо̄nin Cost: 220 Chakra Damage: N/A Effect: The user chooses one of the following effects: The target is inflicted with “Destroy Weapon” and “Distracted” for 1 turn. The target is inflicted with "Destroy Item", "Distracted" for 1 turn, and "Exposed" for 1 turn. Description: Sometimes the most simple of genjutsu are the most useful. Users of this technique create a block in the connection in the enemy’s mind between a possession and their personal knowledge of that possession. They will act and feel as though they do not remember obtaining the targeted item and will not even be aware of its presence on their person. A side effect of this block is an intense and nagging feeling something important has been forgotten that distracts the enemy’s attention. Cost: 10 JP Bachiton: Gensou Reiki Hakai | Shock Release: Illusory Life-Force Disruption Type: Ninjutsu [Shock] | Genjutsu [Time] Rank: Jо̄nin Cost: 170 Chakra Damage: N/A Effect: Uses concentration to determine chance to hit. Target loses 80 Speed for 1 turn. May inflict one of the following for three (3) turns, chosen at the time of the attack by the user: “Quarantine; Taijutsu” | “Quarantine; Ninjutsu” | “Quarantine; Genjutsu” Description: A simple but profoundly powerful jutsu, Genreiki Hakai allows Shock adepts to disavow entire Chakras from an enemy’s Reiki, or spiritual life-force. Which of the 7 Chakras are targeted dictates the type of jutsu that is disabled. This hybrid version, unlike it’s purely ninjutsu counterpart, does not actually disrupt the target’s life force, but rather causes them to feel as though they have completely lost the ability to utilize techniques they otherwise were easily able to perform.
