Sol Pope Posted May 3, 2019 Share Posted May 3, 2019 Level 0- Higōhō, the Smallest Shatei Family: The Kasagai Conglomerate Appearance: The smallest of the Kasagai proper, Higōhō is a member of the lowest caste of the Conglomerate. The small black and white corvid is unassuming in appearance, being only slightly larger than a common magpie himself. The distinctive marker that gives him away as something more than a common bird is the small metal crown he constantly wears, a sign to him that he will someday rise in the ranks of the Conglomerate. It is his favorite bauble. Personality: Higōhō is rowdy, a veritable hothead. He has a bad habit of picking fights with those bigger than him, which is most things and people. Desperate to prove himself as something more than a lackey for the street level underbosses of the Conglomerate, he is constantly coming up with wild ideas for greatness and riches.
