Description: Upgraded version of the Blitzkrieg Vest, this is given to B.O.L.T.S shinobi that have made their way into the upper ranks of B.O.L.T.S. Keeping the same design as the traditional Kumogakure vest, these vest are now black or navy blue in color. In order to ensure a successful mission, these vest have been imbued with chakra to aid shinobi on long or tedious missions. Requirement: Jounin Rank. Must be a member of B.O.L.T.S to purchase. This vest replaces Blitzkrieg Vest when obtained and all upgrades are transferred to this vest. RP Requirement: 120 RP with B.O.L.T.S Cost: $1200 Stratos A.T.F (All Terrain Footwear) Body Placement: Feet Attributes: +40 Evasion Special: Natural Explorer: The wearer of this armor is immune to the following terrains: 'Muddy Ground', 'Rocky Plateau', and 'Water'|'Thick Mud'. Description: Created by Kumogakure's Research and Development, the Stratos A.T.F is designed to help maneuver the harsh environment that surrounds Kumogakure no Sato. Available in many styles, such as the traditional shinobi shoes, these shoes are crafted with a soft rubber sole to help grip on wet surfaces and prevent slips. The outside construction of the shoe is reinforced with light and strong mesh fabrics to provide sturdiness and protection for the feet. Sol Pope Posted March 8, 2021 Posted March 8, 2021 I feel like the regen on the vests is probably a little too strong. I'd like to see it not be able to stack with other forms of advanced regen/be lowered/stack to a certain max rate. As it is, the jonin vest is essentially paying 1200 ryo for a stronger chakra flow. 5 SP+ a little more worth of effect seems a little much to me. Quote
