Requirements: Tool Smithing, Path of the Artisan 'Tool Specialist'

Golden Tool Smithing
Effect: This character may write a training post creating Golden Webbing Small Weapons themselves instead of creating them mid battle. This training is treated as training alone unless being done with another character with this skill. The amount of EXP required to create the item is equal to it's chakra cost to create. Small weapons created by this skill must be chosen from the list presented in the skill 'Golden Armoury' or 'Transcendent Armoury' and are permanently destroyed on use.

Idea I had after mucking about with Poison Creator, and there's a medic version as well, why not make it for small weapons? Very useful for the Tsuchigumo, hence the golden option at the end (I'm thinking of pre-making a bunch of arrows once great bow gets approved) but also in general, anyone who has gone Path of the Artisan tool spec is getting that nifty plus to hit off their small weapons, so why not have easy access to them? They follow the wording almost identically to Poison Creator and such, I intentionally used the full price for golden webbing weapons even though it requires the half cost skill to learn. That keeps a value in standard weapons, and added that golden webbing weapons are destroyed on use here, so you aren't just replacing your entire skill once for some words. You have to keep training or make them in battle. They're brittle.
