Aisu Hada (ice Body) Genjutsu Techs

Name: Ice type: Winter illusion

Type: Genjutsu

Rank: Gennin

Requirements: Must have Gifts of ice Rank 1

Cost: 80 + (60 Upkeep)

Damage: See effect

Effects: Changes the Terrain to: Ice and Hailstorm Terrain Effects. Any damage done by the Hailstorm effect is treated as ghost damage. Maximum duration 3 turns.

Ice: 40% chance to lose movement ability and fall prone. Roll at the start of a turn involving movement.

Prone: +15% to hit with ranged weapons, can't relocate. -15% to dodge. -10% to hit with Taijutsu. 5% failure chance to all combat jutsu.

Hailstorm: Inflicts a 50 environmental damage every turn with a 50% chance to be dodged.

Description: Using this Genjutsu the user is able to effectively trick the opponent into think that he/she is in a foreign region of ice and snow. This in turn gives the user a better advantage when fighting their confused opponent.

Name: Ice Type: Abominable Snowman

Type: Genjutsu

Rank: Gennin

Requirements: Must have Gifts of ice Rank 1

Cost: 60

Damage: N/A

Effects: Terrified: Character tries to avoid at all costs, the one who caused the fear or the location that it is centered around. If forced to confront the object of fear, the ninja has a -20% to damage and -20% to accuracy to hit chance against target (ie. not the stat itself). May only be used once a battle per enemy by Genin, three times by Chuunin and six times by Jounin. Duration 2 turns.

Description: Using Genjutsu the user conjures up an image of the legendary Abominable Snowman. This terrifying creature is so monstrous that it terrifies the opponent causing them run scared.

Name: Ice type: Raging storm

Type: Genjutsu

Rank: Chunnin

Requirements: Must have Gifts of ice Rank 2

Cost: 120 + (84 upkeep)

Damage: N/A

Effects: User is Blind for one turn and Frozen for two.

Blind: Your accuracy is reduced to 20 (unless you had less accuracy than 20), unless your character has an unusual ability to use their other senses (ie; Inuzuka sense of smell, Nerves of Insanity's enhanced senses, Blind Guardian's ability to function without sight) and your evasion is likewise reduced to zero except in the aforementioned circumstances. May only be used once a battle per enemy by Genin, three times by Chuunin and six times by Jounin.

Frozen: Target's speed is at 75%. Ninjutsu/Genjutsu involving hand seals has a 5% chance to fail. Held items/weapons have a 5% chance to be dropped(unequipped) when used.

Description: Using Genjutsu the the user make the opponent believe that he/she is in the middle of an intense Snow Storm one with very little no visibility, as well as climate conditions of below 0.

Type: Genjutsu

Rank: Chunnin

Requirements: Must have Gifts of ice Rank 2

Cost: 80 (56 upkeep)

Damage: N/A

Effects: User Gains +60 Speed and +60 Evasion.

Description: Casting the Genjutsu on themselves, the user believes he/she is in their own element of ice. Causing them to increase their performance.

Name: Ice type: Deep snow

Type: Genjutsu

Rank: Jounin)

Requirements: Must have Gifts of ice Rank 3

Cost: 170

Damage: N/A

Effects: Opponent suffers Frozen for first two turns, immobilized on the 3rd turn and Vulnerable on the 4th. If the Genjutsu is broken/released before the then given turn the effect isn't applied. (ie: Ninja A releases the Jutsu in turn 3, Ninja B only suffers the effects of Frozen from turn 1 and 2.)

Frozen: Target's speed is at 75%. Ninjutsu/Genjutsu involving hand seals has a 5% chance to fail. Held items/weapons have a 5% chance to be dropped(unequipped) when used.

Immobilized: Suspends opponent's movement for one turn. They can still block and attack you if you are in range. No Taijutsu's using any leg movement are permitted during this time. Evasion is cut in half for the opponent during this time.

Vulnerable: Lose your next Response Phase. Opponent is not affected by vulnerable if they were stunned in the previous post.

Description: The user uses Genjutsu to make their opponent believe that they are in the middle of very deep snow. Also they believe that the temerature is sropping at an alarming rate. This in turn slows down the opponents body until they can't move because of the cold.

Name: Ice type: Avalanche

Type: Genjutsu

Rank: Jounin

Requirements: Must have Gifts of ice Rank 4

Cost: 200 (80 upkeep)

Damage: 80 Ghost Damage per turn.

Effects: Opponent rolls a 20d every turn, If they roll a 1, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, or 19 the Genjutsu is broken and the opponent is freed. If not it continues another turn for a max of 4 turns. The opponent may not attack until the Genjutsu is broken. No one may attack the effected opponent until the Genjutsu is broken. The user may Attack and defend against others but must pay upkeep on top of any other technique they may use.

Description: Using Genjutsu the user make their opponent believe that they have been cover by and avalanche. The heavy snow pressing in on them as well of the lack of air and freezing cold, makes the opponent believe that they are slowly dieing.

All seem fine except the first one I have a few issues with.

-If its gen, I can't see the effects working like prone unless they are effected with it speratly.

Hmm, its a tough one to call, anyone else have advice on that one?

Seems mor elike a Ninjutsu, and the cost is understated. If this is a genjutsu does it mean the user is effected also by the effects? If so then also state that the hail damage is ghost damage. Also boost the price to 80 and 60 Upkeep. Also need a maximum of turns.

Damage: 80 Ghost Damage per turn.

Effects: Opponent rolls a 20d, If they roll a 1, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17, or 19 the Genjutsu is broken and the opponent is freed. If not it continues another turn for a max of 4 turns. Change this too cannot attack the user and have a max duration of 4 turns on it. Kick the price up to 120 and the upkeep to 80 also.
