Stylized Hand Seals

Bloodline: Personal to Kinamoto Baromosa

Effect: The skill taker may perform a Ninjutsu/Genjutsu technique for 10% increase in cost, and prevent it from being "copied" or learned by skills / bloodlines / techniques. The technique performed with this skill cannot be sealess or otherwise non-applicable. Opponents of a higher rank than the skill taker have a 50% chance to still copy/learn the technique, rolled on a 100 sided die, 1-50 being unsuccessful.

Description: Kinamoto Baromosa is an interesting case, to say the least. The creative writer was brought up into the ninja world "hitting the ground running" so to speak. His ninjutsu education was broad and loose at the very beginning, and with years of his own studies it has only gotten broader and infused with his creativity. When making a handseal, Baro will sometimes add unnecessary flourishes, transitions, and character into the combination between multiple seals. Though it causes the technique being used to take slightly longer and lose efficiency, Baromosa has applied his "style" to confuse analysts who try to learn by watching his movements. Even if the opponent can keep up with the changes, it is unlikely they have learned to make the jutsu still function along side them.

Restriction: May not use the skill "One-handed Seals" in conjunction with this skill.

Cost: -1
