Got persuaded by Facebook to see what all the hubbub was going around here. Glad to see this place is still running after all these years. I might be around for a couple months to a lot of months, but that brings me to my own bit of news. I've enlisted into the United States Air Force going to do "Cyber Transport" whatever that really means =p Looks like networking. Not sure exactly when I'm shipping out, but I'll know soon. In any case, how's Konoha doing? Still in one piece I hope

Anyone else following this from their various locations around the word? I would go to San Fransisco but I am already planning a trip out there for June, so I was disappointed about the GDC being in March xD Still, following as best I can from out here! ^^

Really good idea. Fits really well since in the history the clan starter made the style for protecting security officials. Ran with it a bit and edited all my sections, also decided that Earth doesn't really need to be a theme so taking out the element. ^^ Good stuff though, I'm going to sit down later and draw up some skills but for now, I think the clan page is up. Thank you Blue and Skitts btw for getting my first tech page up, and thanks Cntr for critiquing and the ideas.

I'm still trying to understand why I am being required to pay more for damage reduction when the rules state that it: Can only be done in a response/counter tech Done for the same ratio that your rank can deal the effect So it being a gennin response tech shouldn't make the cost higher. I'm not asking for leeway, I'm just stating why the rules are the way they are. There are things assumed in these techs whether they are stated or not, which is why I brought up the main phase. For clarity I will edit and put in the fail chance and amount of uses per battle, but I would still like either an example of a non-standard cost or perhaps, there aren't many gennin techs that demonstrate this and I just wasn't aware.
