Effect: User is unaffected by negative Terrain effects of Ice, Hailstorm, and Deep Snow or Winter, while boiling mud/tar and Lava flow do twice the damage/effect. Frozen only lasts for a maximum of 1 turn while the user is transformed. (Only apply while the user is transformed.) Cost: -3 Skill Name: Elemental Boost Bloodline: Aisu Hada Requirements: Rank 2 of Frozen transformation Description: While in their element those who possess the Aisu Hada Bloodline feel at home in cold enviornments which allows them to move freely this in turn gives them show increase performance an strength. On the down side, while on Excessivly hot terrain the user is less adapt to the enviornment. Effect: User gains +20 Speed, Evasion, Defense, Resistance, while in the of Ice, Hailstorm, and Deep Snow or Winter Terrain. Boiling mud/tar and Lava flow cause -20 to Speed Evasion, Defense, and Resistance. (Only apply while the user is transformed.) Cost: -3 Skill Name: Knowledge of Ice Bloodline: Aisu Hada Requirements: Rank 3 in Frozen Transformation Description: With the knowledge and understand of ice, beyond those of others, Those with the Aisu Hada Bloodline tend learn Ice techniques with ease. May not work on jutsu of a higher rank.
