Name: Mizushin

Description: Mizushin is viewed by many members of the Umikoi Clan as their defining characteristic. When used, the irises of the eyes of the user shift with every tint of blue imaginable and are rimmed by Midnight Blue. The bloodline itself allows a member of the Umikoi Clan to manipulate the water around them, as if it was an extension of their body. In fact, that is the essence of this bloodline, the oneness with water. The bloodline also bears very, "disturbing" marks, which scream of the clan itself not being human. When the bloodline's first rank is activated, the barer of the bloodline gets small slash like gills behind their ears, and at the meeting place of the back of their jawline and the back of their neck. The gathering of water does not necessaryly have to come from above ground water, or even concentrations of it. The farther away it is, or less together, the more time, concentration, and energy it takes to gather it. With Mizushin, Water is used as an extension of oneself, as swordsman use swords as extensions of themselves.

Effect: The user can continue to breath, underwater or above it, and is immune to poisionous gas and other breathing poisions.

Description:User's oneness with the element of water allows them to sense and gather the water around them, to use for their purposes. Could be used to throw water, water plants with ease, part bodies of water (with likely much strain on the user, albiet), or even use water as an extension of themself. This level of the bloodline has one small effect on the user, though a profound one. Their subconscious uses the water manipulation and molding which they have the potential capability to do, to bend water around the user, and because of this , the user can continue to breath, underwater or above it, and is immune to poisionous gas and other breathing poisions.

Cost: 20 Chakra and Chakra Upkeep Cost of 2.5% of Max Chakra per turn

Effect: The user can continue to breath, underwater or above it, and is immune to poisionous gas and other breathing poisions. At this stage, the user can gather enough water around them to extend their reach, or possibly shoot themselves forward in a blast of water in addition. (The user gains access to Mizushin Secret Techniques, in addition.)

Description: User's oneness with the element of water allows them to sense and gather the water around them, to use for their purposes. Could be used to throw water, water plants with ease, part bodies of water (with likely much strain on the user, albiet), or even use water as an extension of themself. When one first activates this skill, the fangs grow slightly larger, and they can gather around them as an extension of a limb.

The second rank can be lowered to -1 SP, also it would be a better form instead of just writing "Same as last rank" to copy paste the effects into the second rank. Also, instead of saying that they can launch themsleves forward in the second part you can say they gain access to 'Muzishin Secret Techniques' and then label all the techniques that require it as such.
