Ursus Style; Lakewater

Effects: Opponent is ‘Drowning' for the duration of this technique.

Description: The ground around the opponent, no matter where they stands, cracks around them and suddenly breaks through, like thin ice. The opponent thinks they have been plunged into icy cold water, and cannot find the hole they fell in from.

Description: The ground around the opponent suddenly appears to be a large sheet of ice. The ground around them cracks, but does not give way. The opponent feels that if they move they will be plunged deep into the water.

Description: The opponent feels as if they are dragging their feet through snow, even though they do not see anything at all, creating a very odd sensation overall.

Description: The opponent's vision becomes blurry, and specks of white keep crossing their vision, as if they are in the snow. But they feel no wind or coldness on them, creating a bit of confusion.

You should really quote the Stat DP to save time on reviewal, but this checks out.

I suppose the drown tech is designed to never actually subject the opponent to the 50 damage per turn. Right?
