The Water Heart of the Umikoi Clan; Mizushin

Mizushin is viewed by many members of the Umikoi Clan as their defining characteristic. When used, the irises of the eyes of the user shift with every tint of blue imaginable and are rimmed by Midnight Blue. The bloodline itself allows a member of the Umikoi Clan to manipulate the water around them, as if it was an extension of their body. In fact, that is the essence of this bloodline, the oneness with water. The bloodline also bears very, "disturbing" marks, which scream of the clan itself not being human. When the bloodline's first rank is activated, the barer of the bloodline gets small slash like gills behind their ears, and at the meeting place of the back of their jawline and the back of their neck. The gathering of water does not necessarily have to come from above ground water, or even concentrations of it. The farther away it is, or less together, the more time, concentration, and energy it takes to gather it. With Mizushin, Water is used as an extension of oneself, as swordsman use swords as extensions of themselves.

Mizushin Rank 1; Mizushin

Activation/Upkeep:

- 2.5% Base Total Chakra/Turn.

- Advanced regeneration abilities are suspended while bloodline activation/upkeep is paid. (Activation is not needed for the ability to breath underwater, that is constant after one has unlocked the first rank of the bloodline the first time.)

Effect: Members of the Umikoi Clan are born with a sort of dual breathing system, and because of this they can breath above or below water. While surrounded by the field of water the activation of Mizushin calls around them from nearby water sources, the user is immune to all breathing poisons and poisonous gases. Any jutsu that involves water manipulation (Such as Suiton:Ekimuchi or more properly something like Water Manipulation, Power spear) is treated as if it the user knows "No-hands Sealing" with the jutsu, so long as water is nearby.

Description: All Members of the Umikoi Clan who have unlocked their Kekkai Genkai (Bloodline Limit) have unlocked a rare ability which is not known by many, or understood by a single person. Though no one realizes that the members of the Umikoi Clan who are actually holders of the activated Kekkai Genkai are hydrokinetics, they are capable of moving water with their will as if it was an extension of their own body, and are capable of sensing bodies of water from miles away (A body of water is counted as anything more than a small puddle, in this usage). The ability to manipulate water is on a somewhat subconscious level, but is also at a conscious level. A mark of Mizushin being active is the reflection of the ability in itself showing up in the user's eyes, their eyes shifting between every tint of blue imaginable and doing so at a great rate, making a "Maelstrom of Blue Tints" dominate their eyes and give an almost stormy feel to any glance given by the user when they use it.

Mizushin Rank 2; Junsui Mizushin

Activation/Upkeep:

- 5% Base Total Chakra/Turn.

- Advanced regeneration abilities are suspended while bloodline activation/upkeep is paid.

Effect: The first Rank of Mizushin's effects are counted amongst the effects of Junsui Mizushin, the only real "Expansion of ability" is that at the rank of Junsui Mizushin, one can manipulate "Bodies of water" that are at the molecular level (No, not make H-bombs, but move molecules of water.) and at the other end manipulate larger bodies of water than they could before. This Bloodline has no real In Game Affects aside from being a requirement to "Junsui Mizushin" techniques, and of course role playing affects.

Description: The first rank of Mizushin is only the beginning of it's power. With experience and testing of their ability and control of Mizushin; a user of Mizushin can begin to expand their range of control, controlling large bodies of water (Possibly parting small seas or the waters of patches of area within the Ocean), and also move water on a molecular level, gathering water from very arid areas of air, altering the flow of water within the body, and things such as this. The reflection in one's eyes is still apparent in this case, but the user's canine teeth also length and sharpen ever so slightly.

Mizushin Rank 3; Kaijin Mizushin

Activation/Upkeep:

- 5% Base Total Chakra/Turn.

- Advanced regeneration abilities are suspended while bloodline activation/upkeep is paid.

Effect: The first and second Ranks of Mizushin's effects are counted amongst Kaijin Mizushin's effects, as well as the ability to manipulate much larger amounts of water than the previous ranks allowed. With Kaijin Mizushin, one can actually manipulate large portions of the Ocean itself -thus the term "Sea God, Water Heart"-, and can wield these large portions of water as if they were an extension of the user's self. When using Kaijin Mizushin, because of the adeptness of the manipulation of water it allows, all Suiton: (Translation= Water Type:/Water Element:) justu used deal 1.5x base damage.

Description: Mizushin and Junsui Mizushin both are powerful abilities in themselves. They allow one to begin to tap the abilities which have existed in the user's blood since before the user even existed. They allow the user to tap into their genetic heritage, and the power which it holds. They are only the beginning, however. With Kaijin Mizushin, one's ability to Mizushin is at the point that many might attempt to call them a "Sea God" because their Hydrokinesis is at the point that they can indeed manipulate the sea in a way that a "Sea God" might. As with the previous ranks, one's eyes reflect the same way, and one's teeth grow larger and slightly sharper for the duration of this abilities activity. A stylistic wave like dark blue marking appears on the left cheek of anyone who is actively using Kaijin Mizushin. The only person in remembered history to ever obtain Kaijin Mizushin was the founding Umikoi himself.

Notes:-In my opinion and the opinion of many others, I seriously jiffed my clan and it's bloodline previously because I underpowered it greatly. Because of this, I'm revamping the Bloodline, and seeking a re-approval and such after the revamping of it.

-The previous version of Mizushin made the possible status of the Umikoi Clan as one of Kiri's noble houses "Debunk" and in every way shape and form impossible, because they could only use water jutsu slightly better than the average Suiton trained shinobi in the first rank, and only slightly better than that at the second rank, which I never got to edit the correct pricing in.
