Junkyousha No Chishio [blood Of The Martyr] 殉教者の血

(Advanced System)
Description:
The ability to regenerate damage sustained to the human body without advanced ninjutsu training is a rare gift. The Junkyousha No Chishio has existed for generations, but it's true origins remain a mystery. Some speculate that this strange genetic anomaly originated in the labratories of the legendary sennin Orochimaru, and yet other schools of thought claim that the Kekkai Genkai found it's roots even before that. The abilities of the bloodline however are true to their name. Should a wounded individual bite down onto a bearer of the Junkyousha No Chishio then they may siphon the chakra from their bodies which in turn regenerates the wounds of the biter. All that confirms the bloodlines true abilities are a scattered number of historical texts, and the case studies conducted by NCIA scientists. Recently, the experimentation of the Imperial NCIA have found several bearers of this bloodline. Of the few that were made test subjects, even fewer survived the tests and probings that they were forced to endure before the fall of the Empire. Records show that a strange mental anomaly is shown to sometimes accompany the manifestation of the Junkyousha No Chishio.
Notice:
There may only be two characters with this bloodline at any given time.

Junkyousha No Chishio; Saisho
Requirements:
Must be taken at character creation.
Effect:
The user may sacrifice their Set-Up and Main Phase of their turn to allow another combatant on the field to bite them. The biter is healed an amount of HP equal to 1/4x, where x is the amount of chakra payed by the user. This ability may be used once per battle. If the combatant receiving the healing has reached 0 Health Points prior to healing he may only be restored to 1 HP. The user of this bloodline may not bite themselves to regain health.

Junkyousha No Chishio; Saichuu
Requirements:
Chuunin, Junkyousha No Chishio; Saisho
Effect:
The user may sacrifice their Set-Up and Main Phase of their turn to allow another combatant on the field to bite them. The biter is healed an amount of HP equal to 1/2x, where x is the amount of chakra payed by the user. This ability may be used once per battle. If the combatant receiving the healing has reached 0 Health Points prior to healing he may only be restored to a maximum of 25 HP. The user of this bloodline may not bite themselves to regain health.

Junkyousha No Chishio; Shimekiri
Requirements:
Jounin, Junkyousha No Chishio; Saichuu
Effect:
The User may sacrifice their Set-Up and Main Phase of their turn to allow another combatant on the field to bite them. The biter is healed an amount of HP equal to x, where x is the amount of chakra payed by the user. This ability may be used once per battle. If the combatant receiving the healing has reached 0 Health Points prior to healing he may only be restored to a maximum of 100 HP. The user of this bloodline may not bite themselves to regain health.

Kagura Shingan [Mind's Eye Of The Divine Entertainment] 神楽心眼
Description:
An even rarer branch of the Junkyousha No Chishio, the bearers of the Kekkai Genkai developed a natural defense mechanism to avoid detection by those who sought to exploit their abilities. By sensing the chakra signatures of creatures in their immediate viscinity, bearers of the Kagura Shingan were capable of bypassing any powerful creatures. This ability caused those with the gift to be even more sought after, being not only a means of healing, but also a kind of living chakra radar. There have been very few documentations of the Kagura Shingan, obviously do to their abilities of perception. Some even regard the bloodline as a myth entirely.
Notice:
There may only be one character with this bloodline branch at any time.

Kagura Shingan
Requirements:
Chuunin, Junkyousha No Chishio; Saichuu
Activation Cost:
5% Total Chakra
Up-Keep Cost:
2.5% Total Chakra
RP Effect:
The user is capable of detecting approaching chakra sources at a distance of up to one mile. They are capable of detecting the elemental nature of a person's chakra if it has already been discovered, discerning the number of chakra signatures in a group, and detecting the strength of a chakra signature.
Effect:
Terrain and status effects that would reduce either Accuracy or Evasion instead reduce only half the amount that they normally would when Kagura Shingan is active. Enemy combatants must also display their Chakra statistic as if it were not a tank stat.

State clearly that the user of the bloodline cannot bite themselves. I'd rather not see someone bite themselves back up to full health with the last rank.

Also, for Junkyousha No Chishio; Shimekiri, I'd like to see that one raised just a bit to -2. If only because of it's power to be a one hit full heal without any medical restrictions or what not.

As for Kagura Shingan, the only issue I have with it is that it can completely negate accuracy and evasion reductions. Maybe reduce how much is deducted, but to be able to completely function as normal if your eyes are ripped out, or you're in in complete darkness is a little bit illogical. I say that only because you are 'sensing' the ninja, you can't actually see what they're doing, especially if they are taijutsu users and don't even user their chakra so much.
