Anima Posted January 4, 2011 Posted January 4, 2011 (edited) Chakra Transmission Bloodline: Scion of Marionette Description: Originally developed by Saikusu the Sickly, the user is able to to transmit chakra wirelessly for the purpose of controlling a puppet without the need of direct connection with techniques such as the 'Kugustu no Jutsu'. In this way he is able to simplify the process and direct his puppets with just a thought, and in this way he is able to direct more puppets with less effort and greater precision. Effect: Target is able to control multiple puppets but only if used in conjuction with Tenteishihaibuki and related techniques. A maximum amount of puppets able to be controlled will be set by each specific technique. Puppets controlled with this skill recieve a 10% Bonus to their base accuracy.
