Shuukaku resubs pt. 2

Again, looking to use this on my character before the exams, all of the skills were lost with the changing bloodline.

Consider these part of the bloodline.

Shimeruisou - Constriction Transference

Bloodline: Shuukaku

Description:
The bearer learned how to apply their tendrils to take over the responsibilities of their motor skills than their muscles. They discovered that the poor shielding of their chakra circulatory system enriches their tendrils not only to aid them in those types of attacks, but also to their physical attributes. Able to constrict the coiled tendrils within his body for better shock absorption against the terrain and muscle response, the bearer is able to focus more on their attacks and have better accuracy.

Effects and Requirements:
Note: These ranks do not stack, this skill requires a setup phase to activate/deactivate, and costs the user 3% of their stamina and 3% of their chakra to upkeep.

- Rank 1: Shuukaku bloodline: The bearer's accuracy is increased by x * .1 [x = taijutsu stat], not to exceed 1.5x of base accuracy stat.

- Rank 1: Character Level 25: The bearer's accuracy is increased by x * .2 [x = taijutsu stat], not to exceed 1.5x of base accuracy stat.

- Rank 2: Character Level 40: The bearer's accuracy is increased by x * .4 [x = taijutsu stat], not to exceed 1.5x of base accuracy stat.

Cost:
Rank 1: -1, Rank 1: -2, Rank 2: -2

... Being a math major, I am ashamed. I blame alcohol. It's changed.

This is a skill that belongs as a core part of the bloodline. The fact that the Shuukaku isn't an activated bloodline means this skill has absolutely no upkeep, and you don't have to pay for what can eventually become a huge boost of stats at all. Like, 1000 points in speed once you hit 2000 taijutsu. That's a hell of a lot of piggy-backing of stats.

What would you recommend I do? I can call this an addendum to it, and I'm also not against lowering the effectiveness. I'd rather not go through the hassle of resubmitting the bloodline again (again). This was just part of the bloodline before, scattered around in the skills page. I'm relearning this system, I've been gone a long time so I'm not quite sure what should happen here.

If it helps, I plan on consolidating the whole thing, but since my character is going to be in the exams, it's probably not going to happen before then. From what I understand all bloodline skills are pretty much null once a bloodline is resubmitted, and I'm already scrambling as it is to get ready again.

Removed two ranks, overall powered down what it does. Please take a look, I'd like to have my skills back for the exams.

Okay, I should've just figured out that was the problem I guess. It's done now.

Done, and thank you. I really appreciate the help.

Edit: Discussing with Rhap, I decided to change the speed increase to an accuracy increase.

Consider these part of the bloodline.

Just going off of what Eechi said, don't be surprised if you're asked to resubmit your resubmits as a whole, cohesive bloodline; skills like this should be on the Bloodline page, and be considered in the context of the bloodline as a whole. It should be a relatively painless process, seeing as all these "addendum" were re-posted and re-approved recently, but it's meant to safeguard against you "building a bomb" by having skills approved months apart and not in the context of each other.

However, since that's not an official rule [yet]...

I will be doing that after the exams, this was just necessary to be able to use some of my outdated skills. :P I am not gonna be building some crazy bomb, rest assured.
