Maybe they stare just a little too long or they breath a little to heavily or maybe stuff they say just gives one shivers down their spine. This makes it hard for the person to be accepted by many. It doesn't mean they're bad...they're just creepy. Effect User cannot use jutsu or skills that inflicts the status effect "Charmed". Effect The person who takes this skill cannot use Jutsu that causes 'Charmed' in an opponent and if the opponent has the skill 'Pervert' that would normally work because of the user's gender, this ability is ignored. Points:+1 Max Ranks: 1 Going to clean up the wording on this a little bit, because I had to read the second part a couple of times before it clicked [some noun confusion with 'this ability']: User cannot use jutsu or skills that inflicts the status effect "Charmed".
