These are remakes of the old versions which are remakes of 3.0 techniques. These are open for general use, just shoot me a PM asking for permission because I like to know who picks them up.

 

• Earth Type; Rock Shard Weaponry (Doton; Bitto Buki no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu [Earth]
Rank: Chuunin
Cost: 40 Chakra
Effects: Used in the Setup Phase. Basic Attacks deal +20 damage for three (3) turns.
Description: The user makes a set of seals and then slams both of their hands into the ground. When they pull out their hands the tops of their fists are covered with sharp half meter blades of rock.
Points: 2

Note: Used damage mods (1 turn) and bleed mods (2 turns) as the damage on following turns is "slow" damage like bleed.

 

• Earth Type; Self Decapitation Technique (Doton; Jiko Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu [Earth]
Rank: Genin
Cost: 80 Chakra, 48 Chakra Upkeep
Damage: 20
Effects: The user gains +60 Evasion and +60 Evasion for each turn the upkeep is paid. Maximum of four (4) turns.
Description: This technique is much like Earth Type; Inner Decapitation Skill (Doton Shinjuu Zanshu no Jutsu), except that the focus is to keep the user underground and from harms way. They only emerge as they attack for short bursts, causing the opponent to need exceptional timing to land their attacks.

• Chakra Kunai Charge (Souten Kunai no Jutsu)
Type: Ninjutsu
Rank: Genin
Cost: x Chakra
Damage: Kunai Damage + x
Effects: Uses one (1) Kunai as if it was thrown. The value of x may not be above 50.
Description: The user flows their chakra into their palm and uses it to launch the kunai out of their hand with a blast of chakra. Does not work with other small weapons because of the way the chakra has to launch the weapon. The more chakra charged into the attack the faster the kunai will launch. Too much however will cause the kunai to fly erratically and be completely useless.

Does the first one deal damage as a modifier would, or per strike?

It gives +20 damage to the attack, so it is split evenly between strikes like normal multi hits.
