Recommended Posts

Posted (edited)

Item Name: Barbed Needles

Description: Exact same as regular senbon but with a tiny hole in one end where wires can be attached and sharp spines on the business end facing backwards allowing for more damage. Must spend one full main phase to remove all barbed needles from body. If attached to wires, user can rip them out, causing base damage (no modifiers, just the Base 3 Damage) to be inflicted again. Occurs in Response Phase.

Damage: 2

Cost: $7 each?

Item Name: Copper Wire

Description: Identical to Ninja Wire but for a couple exceptions. The wire itself is interwoven with copper filiaments making it's level of electrical conductance even greater. Due to it's extensive construction, most nin-smiths don't like making it more then once so they make it as stron as they can in the hopes of never having to repair it again.

Effects: Same as Ninja Wire. Adds 10 accuracy and damage to electrical attacks when the wire is connected to a weapon currently stuck in an opponent. This wire is also unbreakable and is not consumed in any attacks.

Cost: $50 per line?

Item Name: Ninja Wire

Description: A tool used by many shinobi in multiple aspects of thier work. A long thin wire of woven metal. Specifically designed to be flexible, yet hard to break. Made thin enough to be invisble to the untrained naked eye.

Often used in conjuction with Long range weaponry for more fine control of the attack. Also used in trap making for it's ability to set off the trap from concealment. Useful in binding, and attacks involving such, for its durability.

Effects: When used in conjuction with a ranged attack, increase chance to hit by 10%. Can return weapons with wire attached and weapon is returned in setup phase. One wire per returned weapon.

When used in a justu involving the status effects immobilized and ensnared, increase duration of effect by 1 turn (not surpassing the maximum).

Can be used as a weapon that deals no damage, but lowers evasion by 10 for each wire that connects.

The wire is destroyed after any use, save returning weapons. This only applies to weapons that miss.

Cost: $10 per line.

Whilst that is similar, mine cannot be destroyed by any kind of attack lightning or otherwise. Hence why it costs more.

Just touched up the description as I didn't like it much the way it was. Didn't touch game mechanics just wording. Bump.

Also to make sure I was in the clear for this, I have Matrim's approval to make a variant of his Ninja Wire. And here's a bump to go with it.

Sorry to be a bother and bump over other people's stuff but a guy's gotta do what a guy's gotta do. Bump.
