  1. Name: Kanchiton: Migatte no Gokui | Sensor Style: Ultra Instinct | 感知遁:身み勝がっ手ての極ごく意い Type: Ninjutsu [Hijutsu: Sensor] Rank: Sennin Cost: 450 Chakra Effects: For the next four turns when making a Premonition Roll, the user may increase their ranks in Aura Perception: Premonition by 8 for that roll. If they do, they may not make a dodge roll after their Premonition Roll. This technique must be referenced in the user's Premonition Roll. Description: The ultimate expression of premonition, a sensor can for the briefest of moments surrender entirely to their perceptive powers. They rely only on instinct, trusting their body to move of its own accord in reaction to the flow of chakra around them. Closing their eyes, everything becomes purely intent driven. Attacks flow towards them, but the sensor moves with preternatural grace, using minimal movements to avoid incoming techniques by impossible margins. Requirements: Path of the Sensor, Premonish Ken Points: 7

  2. Doton; Doryūheki | Earth Release; Earth-Style Wall | 土遁・土流壁 • Doton; Doryūheki | Earth Release; Earth-Style Wall | 土遁・土流壁 Type: Ninjutsu [Earth] Rank: Chūnin Cost: 150 Chakra Effect: This technique is performed in the Response Phase. The user of this technique creates a Barrier with 250 Health on the target of this technique. This technique has a 5% chance to fail and the Barrier is destroyed at the end of the phase it was created. This technique may be performed 2 times per battle. Description: While the Earth-Style Wall technique is not an inherently complex jutsu, the defensive properties of earth-natured chakra and the ease at which this technique can be learned have made it a commonly seen jutsu on the battlefield. It is believed that this jutsu originated in Tsuchi no Kuni and spread outward to become a jutsu that is used among almost all of the ninja villages. To perform this technique the user may place their hand on the ground and raise a wall in front of them, or they may convert their own chakra into earth and produce earth from their mouth if they cannot reach the ground. Both forms of this jutsu produce durable walls that protect from even powerful jutsu. Points: 5 • Doton; Tajū Doryūheki | Earth Release; Multiple Earth-Style Wall | 土遁・多重土流壁 Type: Ninjutsu [Earth | Evolving; Doton; Doryūheki] Rank: Jonin Cost: 125x Chakra Effect: When determining the cost of this technique ‘x’ is equivalent to a value chosen by the user (max: 3). This technique is performed in the Response Phase. The user of this technique creates x Barriers with 250 Health on the target(s) of this technique. This technique has a 5% chance to fail and the Barrier is destroyed at the end of the phase it was created. This technique may be performed 2 times per battle. Description: Doton; Tajū Doryūheki is the natural evolution of the Earth-Style Wall technique and is a common staple among shinobi who specialize in earth-natured chakra. The technique is performed in exactly the same way as its singular form, however with the expenditure of additional chakra, a user is capable of creating more and more walls. These walls can be placed around a single person or spread out to protect a larger number from attacks. Though this technique is more powerful than the Earth-Style Wall technique, it consumes more chakra and can be quite draining on the user. Points: 8 [Evolving; 3] • Doton; Banri Doryūheki | Earth Release; Earth-Style Wall Of Ten Thousand Ri | 土遁・万里土流壁 Type: Ninjutsu [Earth | Coalescence] Rank: Sennin Cost: 250 Effect: This technique has no effect unless its coalescence condition is met. - Coalescence [5; Doton; Banri Doryūheki]: This technique may only be performed in the Main Phase. The users of this technique create a Barrier with 2500 Health that targets all allied characters. This technique may be performed 1 time per battle. Description: Some battles are fought on a large scale, with many shinobi fighting side by side. The Earth-Style Wall of Ten Thousand Ri is a jutsu which is designed for those situations when a great enemy force is bearing down, and multiple shinobi are capable of collaborating to create an immensely powerful wall that is capable for protecting a whole platoon of ninja if need be. Though the chakra required to create such an impregnable wall is divided among many, it is difficult to coordinate and cannot be adequately performed more than once per battle. Points: 9

  3. Distortion Focus Training Effect: Characters with this skill may purchase the technique 'Jigiri'. Description: To train oneself in mastering the art distorting their chakra around their blade is an exercise that takes some many years of concentration and practice. While most techniques are learned through physical practice, one must learn to perform Time Cutter by sitting absolute still, flowing their chakra into their weapon and shaping it into the finest point possible. The training is only complete when the chakra around the blade causes the air to vibrate, making a soft humming noise even when held completely still. Requirements: Level 75, 20-Post Training Cost: -2 Jigiri | Time Cutter | 時切 Type: Ninjutsu [Void | Kenjutsu; Longsword | Kinjutsu; Powerful] Rank: Sennin Cost: 100x Chakra Effect: This technique may be performed in the Response Phase, Setup Phase, or Main Phase: Response: This technique may be performed in the Response Phase, before any other actions, as a Free Action. The user of this technique may reduce the number of weapon strikes made during the main phase this turn by ‘x’ strikes. The user may make an additional ‘x’ total dodge rolls against any attack targeting during the Response Phase that this technique is performed. Strikes used this way in the Response Phase are still considered to have been made for determining damage modifiers in the Main Phase. The user of this technique must perform a Weapon Attack during their Main Phase on this turn with this weapon. If they cannot they may not take any other actions in that Main Phase. This technique has a 5x% chance to fail when used in the Response Phase, and the user may not perform another technique in the Response Phase for 2 turns. This technique may be performed 2 times per battle in the Response Phase. Setup: The user of this technique may increase the number of strikes dealt by their next Weapon Attack by ‘x’ strikes. The value of ‘x’ may not increase the total number of strikes by more than double the base amount of strikes of the Weapon Attack. The user of this technique may not perform another technique in the Setup Phase for 2 turns. This technique may be performed 2 times per battle in the Setup Phase. Main: This technique may be performed in the Main Phase as a Free Action. When determining the cost of this technique, the value of ‘x’ is equivalent to the number of strikes within the user’s next Weapon Attack. When performing a Weapon Attack in the phase that this technique is performed, the user may treat that attack as if it were a Set Trap. Each strike is considered to have been on the field for a number of turns equal to the strike’s sequential order within the attack (i.e; 1st Strike; 1 Turn, 2nd Strke; 2 Turns, etc). This technique has a 5x% chance to fail when used in the Main Phase, and the user may not perform another technique in the Main Phase for 1 turn. This technique may be performed 2 times per battle in the Main Phase. Description: Space-time ninjutsu are rare occurrences within the world. Most shinobi require contracts to be made in blood that allow them to summon those that they are contracted to. In most instances, more advanced forms of space manipulation require specialized kekkei genkai. The Time Cutter technique was created by one of the most powerful shinobi swordsmen after decades of focusing chakra into his blade. With enough concentration and practice he found himself capable of sharpening his blade beyond material sharpness, the blade cut space itself, making it appear as if it had teleported in his hand. Those who are capable of performing this technique are able to move their weapon faster than even the swiftest, strongest arm could possibly move, teleporting their weapon around them in a flurry of blades that acts as both a defense and offense against foes. 4. Raiton: Shin No Tenmou | 雷遁真の天網 | Lightning Release: Heavenly Vengeance of Truth Type: Ninjutsu[Lightning | Kinjutsu; Powerful | Hijutsu; Sensukai] Rank: Sennin Cost: 585 Chakra Damage: 200 Effects: Target is inflicted with 'Metabolic Breakdown' for three (3) turns. While under the effects of 'Metabolic Breakdown' the following effect occurs: The target must deactivate 'Advanced System; y' and are not longer under the effects of 'Advanced System; y'. In addition, the target may not activate 'Advanced System; y' for three (3) turns. Y = name of advanced system, declared when this technique is used. This technique may only be used twice per battle. Description: A powerful technique known among only the most respected Sensukai shinobi. While the originator of the technique is unknown, the technique has been safeguarded in a Sensukai scroll held by the current clan head. Through contact with the target's body, the user of this technique channels lightning chakra and sends lightning through the targets body at a high voltage. This voltage eletrocutes the target, traveling through the central nervous system, chakra pathway system, and the major nerve points of the body. The high voltage combined with chakra shuts down several of the target's tenketsu as well as nerves, disabling their ability to regenerate chakra and stamina. In addition, this inhibits the target's from sustaining any ability which requires a constant flow of chakra. While the effect of this is only temporary, it allows for the user to disable threats or aide in capturing a target. Points: 9jp

  5. • Shihō; Kuchiyose Fūin | Four-Corners; Summoning Seal | 四方・口寄せ封印 Type: Ninjutsu [Void | Fūinjutsu | Set Trap] Rank: Jōnin Cost: x Chakra Effect: The user of this technique must make a ‘Summoning Roll’ when performing this technique. When determining chakra costs for this technique ‘x’ is equivalent to the summoning cost indicated by the user’s Summoning Roll. When this technique is triggered the Summon indicated by the user’s Summoning Roll is added to the battlefield. The Summon added to the battlefield by this technique may add any ‘To-Hit’ bonuses granted by this technique to the first attack made during their first turn. Role-Play Effect: A character may perform this technique to protect a permanent location outside of battle. Any character attempting to enter the protected location summons the Summon indicated by the user’s Summoning Roll to the field. If the user of this technique is not present when summoned, the Summon initiates battle. Description: One of the unique jutsu created by Jiraiya the Sannin of Konohagakure, the Four-Corners; Summoning Seal is a trap-type fūinjutsu that places a summoning formula within an area and when the trap is triggered, a summon that is contracted with the user is summoned to the battlefield ready to battle. This technique can be used as a defensive measure to protect an area that is important to the user, but is also used in the heat of battle to get a jump on an opponent, who is rarely prepared for a secondary attacker to appear out of nowhere. Requirements: Contract Manager, Kuchiyose No Jutsu Points: 5 • Shihō; Kuchiyose Fūin; Kai | Four-Corners; Summoning Seal; Release | 四方・口寄せ封印・解 Type: Ninjutsu [Void | Fūinjutsu] Rank: Jōnin Cost: x Chakra Effect: The user of this technique must make a ‘Summoning Roll’ when performing this technique. When determining chakra costs for this technique ‘x’ is equivalent to the summoning cost indicated by the user’s Summoning Roll. The user of this technique may remove 1 set ‘Shihō; Kuchiyose Fūin’ technique from the battlefield if their Summoning Roll when making this technique meets or exceeds the Summoning Roll performed when that technique was set. Role-Play Effect: When entering an area protected by a ‘Shihō; Kuchiyose Fūin’ technique, a character may perform this technique. If the user’s ‘Summoning Roll’ meets or exceeds the Summoning Roll performed when that technique was set they may remove the set technique. Description: The Four-Corners; Summoning Seal's releasing jutsu was naturally also developed by the Sannin Jiraiya, and is the only method for safely passing through an area warded by a Shihō; Kuchiyose Fūin. Unlike the seal, which can be placed relatively easily, the sequence of hand seals required to properly remove the seal are quite complicated and require a good deal of concentration. Even the slightest mistake could result in a botch attempt and inadvertantly trigger the trap. Requirements: Shihō; Kuchiyose Fūin Points: 2

Special Attributes: Sōga | Twin Fangs | 双牙 Effect: While ‘Yozora No Ken; Mugetsu’ is equipped the levels, attributes, and special abilities of both weapons are combined as if they were a single weapon. The combined weapon level and ranks of attributes may not exceed their caps. Everytime the user successfully hits an opponent with a strike from this combined weapon they gain x Speed for one (1) turn. The values of x is equal to the number of levels over the weapon level cap that this combined weapon has. Description: Being forged from the same batch of tirelessly folded steel, the twin swords that went into the forging of the larger one, and then the brilliant idea Tetsuo gave the blacksmith he had hired for this job, the best one in kumokagure he was able to find, the highest of quality in his creations. He took stormcutter and his other emerald meteor steeled sword and combined the two metals and formed a compound that seemed to be even stronger than the previous form it was in separated, because he had the new larger blade forged all from the old material, and then had the idea to have it forged in a way that the swords could be split apart, by a technique if the smith deemed it necessary, but Tetsuo definitely preferred the utility of being able to separately draw them on the fly with his reflexes that had gotten so much training in that maneuver over the years. The end result was a masterpiece of craftsmanship and artistry, the blades were not only durable but almost cut 'through' the wind when swung with enough force behind it, especially when Tetsuo mixed some chakra into a swing and tested it out on a nearby tree only to cleave around thirty of them to the ground with the one swing on accident. Tetsuo found that by using both swords in their separate form his attacks could be faster and more agile than in their combined albeit more durably strong form. Cost: $400 Shūsokumu | Convergent Eclipse | 収束蝕 Effect: When making an attack with this weapon the wielder may choose to perform an additional Ninjutsu technique. The chosen technique must be paid for as normal, and its damage and effects are added to the initial attack as if it were a coalescence technique. This effect may be activated as a Free Action in the Main Phase Twice per battle. Description: Through endless hours of training and honing his swordsmanship, in tandem with some experimentation and mastery over controlling his chakra flowing from his body without the need for hand seals to trigger it, Tetsuo found that in a similar way to samurai Kenjutsu, he was able to manifest his chakra in a powerful destructive form from the edge of his balde with enough fofrce to blow a hole through the side of a mountain. Cost: $2,000 Description: Yozora No Ken; Daiga derives its fighting style from that of the cloak and dagger variant, combined with a larger more powerful sword in the other hand instead of another dagger or keeping it free handed for more utility, Yozora No Ken; Daiga takes the form of a variation of a Shortsword; the smaller of the black bladed duo comprises the inner part of the sword and has the handle fixed to it, while the base of the sword is slanted and the blade continues with a section jutting out from the underside as a guard, Tetsuo wrapped dark black cloth around the handle to protect his hands. The larger main part of the sword is comprised of the same material combination as the short sword, the result of some experimentation with steel forged from a meteorite and similarly incredibly durable steel Tetsuo had come across from a random vendor when he was passing through a smaller village years back. After finding the most skilled blacksmith he could in the lightning country they fashioned this masterpiece, its edges sharper then any other blade he'd seen before, possibly due ion part to the materials used in its forging, and the thousands of times the steel was folded on itself before it was completely forged.
