  1. Blooming Horrors; Withering Grasp 「II」 Type: Ninjutsu [ Plant ]. Rank: Chuunin. Cost: 150 Chakra. Damage: 40. Effects: This technique requires both a Setup Phase action and a Main Phase action to perform, and may be performed twice per battle. If this technique hits its target, one Chuunin rank Plant technique the user performs next turn that targets the same character may be treated as if it were a Dynamic Trap with its conditions met. The target treats all attacks that were affected by this technique or the technique it evolved from as if they were the same technique for the purposes of the Dynamic Trap bonus. The user is never treated as if they were above Chuunin rank when determining the bonus granted by this technique. Description: Saku Kyōfu; Koshi Haji. When the last seal is performed, the user stomps on the ground, their Chakra being carried through the resulting shockwave. It settles under the target, infesting any and all plant life beneath their feet, before forcing the plants to erupt from the Earth. They wrap themselves around the target and squeeze, hoping to crush them. These vines last only a moment, but they are easily manipulated by Plant Chakra, allowing for a quick follow-up attack. Technique Points: - [ Evolving 1; Blooming Horrors; Withering Grasp 「I」]. Blooming Horrors; Budding Romance 「II」 Type: Ninjutsu [ Plant ]. Rank: Chuunin. Cost: 150 Chakra. Damage: 80. Effect: The target is inflicted with one turn of Charmed. When the user is hit by a character Charmed by this attack, the user may pay .5X Chakra to add one turn of a status effect that the Charmed character inflicted on them with that attack to a Plant Element attack that the user performs this turn. X is equal to the CP cost of the status effect and may never be higher than 50. This technique may be performed twice per battle. Description: Saku Kyōfu; Shinshin Koiji. Unlike most Plant techniques, Budding Romance does not directly manipulate flowers, or seeds, or even trees - instead, the user breathes out a cloud of Chakra-laced pheromones that envelopes their target. If they fall victim to its effects, the sudden rush of fear they feel for the user weakens their counter-attacks. Some of these pheromones travel through the target's own Chakra, and strengthens the user's own attacks when contact is made. Technique Points: - [ Evolving 1; Blooming Horrors; Budding Romance「I」]. Blooming Horrors; Devouring Thorns 「II」 Type: Ninjutsu [ Plant ]. Rank: Chuunin. Cost: X Chakra. Effect: The user selects a Set Trap on the field with a base cost of X. That Set Trap may never be activated. X may never be higher than 150. This technique may be performed twice per battle. Description: Saku Kyōfu; Kūfuku no Keikyoku. Best used by Clones, the one performing this technique launches a small ball of Plant Chakra from their finger at the targeted trap. When hit, a mass of moss, vines, thorns, and quickly spread along the target, countering any Chakra within it and rendering it inoperable. Technique Points: - [ Evolving 1; Blooming Horrors; Devouring Thorns「I」].

  2. § Ninshū § 忍宗 "We are the ones who will establish peace and order." Organization Name: The Disciples of Ninshū - Also refered to as the 'Ninshū Monks' Organization Founder: Ōtsutsuki Hagoromo - Also known as 'The Sage of Six Paths', Hagoromo was the original creator of the idea of 'Ninshū', and this therefore considered as the Massiah to the disciples. Organization Head: The Council of Six, lead by Sage Iyu - While surprisingly young, Sage Iyu is a paragon of kindness and virtue, working tirelessly to see to it that the teachings of Ninshū return to the public eye, and hopefully to the world at large. Organization Base: Extra-Village, Shimo no Kuni - High above the snow-tipped mountains in the Land of Frost sits a monastery known as 'Jiin Tensei' that is far out of the way of civilized lands. This monastery is the one and only sanctuary for the Disciples, and here is where their monks are trained and where their beliefs are practiced in solitude. Organization Goals: To lead the world into an era of eternal peace, and to act as mediators and peacekeepers between the shinobi villages in an attempt to return to the peaceful ways of Ninshū. Organization Recruitment: A 10-post trial. Men and women of all kinds are allowed to practice and become Ninshū Monks, however, shinobi are not welcome into the fold unless they have proven to inherently believe in using their chakra to help and connect with others. Because of this, only shinobi who have taken 'Path of the Medic' and 'Path of the Defender' are welcome to become monks, and are allowed to do so free of charge. All other types of shinobi are met with great scorn, and are rarely accepted into the ranks without undergoing a great many trials and donating a rather large tithe. Even then, acceptance is not assured. Organization History: § The Creation of All Things § Ninshū is the religion and the peaceful precursor of modern ninjutsu created long before the concept of shinobi by Ōtsutsuki Hagoromo, the first one to understand and teach the mystery of chakra. The teachings of ninshū were meant to give people a better understanding of themselves, as well as others, and lead the world into an era of peace. Unfortunately, Ninshū would eventually come to be known as ninjutsu, a more weaponized version of the Sage's teachings. Hagoromo exemplified his teachings by distributing chakra meant to "connect" people's spiritual energies with one another. It would allow people to understand each other without communication and would allow them pray for each other's safety. However, people didn't use the chakra to connect with others, but to instead connect their inner spiritual and physical energies together. They kneaded their inner chakra to amplify it and transform it into modern-day ninjutsu. In the end, they ended up using their chakra in battle, just as Hagoromo's mother Kaguya did. Due to this, Ninshū as a concept seemingly died with the Sage of the Six Paths, having been completely disrespected by the masses as they continued to practice Ninjutsu in order to wage war on one another. This blatant misuse of chakra would eventually result in four world wars that shook the planet to it's core, practically destroying mankind during the Fourth Shinobi World War when Uchiha Madara and Uchiha Obito enacted the 'Moon Eye's Plan' to entrap the entire world in an Infinite Tsukiyomi. During the final battle of the war, none other than Ōtsutsuki Kaguya, the demon mother of Hagoromo, would be resurrected, practically tearing the earth asunder with her awe-inspiring power. Though Kaguya was inevitably sealed away by Uzumaki Naruto and Uchiha Sasuke, this war would act as a premonition for the world's future. So long as people were willing to weaponize chakra, the planet would forever be in danger of total destruction. Yet, there was still hope. When it was discovered that the day was won by the second coming of Ōtsutsuki Hagoromo, the concept of Ninshū was reborn as the war-weary people flocked to be united under a single, peaceful ideal. § Dawn of a New Age § With the end of the Fourth Shinobi World War, people gathered along the southern shores of Rai no Kuni to pay their respects to the shinobi who gave their lives to ensure that everyone could have a tomorrow- a real tomorrow. Still, there were many who believed that all of this could be avoided, that the constant pursuit of power and twisting of chakra was corrupting the hearts of all humans. In order to never forget the lesson they were forced to learn, the Great Shinobi Nations pooled their resources to create a large memorial atop a lonely mountain in Shimo no Kuni on the border of Rai no Kuni that overlooked the sight of the final battle of the war. That memorial acted as a safe haven for those who mourned the dead and who came to seek an understanding of history and what lead up to that point. Slowly but surely a group of like-minded individuals would form, turning this war memorial into a monastery as they tried to learn the teachings of the 'Sage of Six Paths' by accepting the code of Ninshū. These individuals became the first Monks of Ninshū. From there on in, the monastery was named 'Jiin Tensei', and became home to this reborn religion as men and women flocked from all lands to be a part of it. It was mostly a handful of civilians making this pilgrimage through the frosted spires of rock, but eventually even old war veterans made their way to become part of something bigger. This caused a bit of discomfort for the Shinobi Nations, fearing that the Disciples opposed their way of life and were indoctrinating some of their best and brightest. However, Uzumaki Naruto encouraged the development of the religion during his reign as Hokage, having been one of the two who were granted the power of the Sage of Six Paths. Due to the amount of respect that the other villages had for the Hokage, they would take no hostile action against the monastery, allowing their civilians and shinobi to leave their homes to learn and follow the ways of Ninshū. § The Fifth Shinobi World War § Inabikari Raikou's assault was quick and merciless. After almost one hundred years of peace, Kumogakure no Sato would overextend it's reach to attack every other known shinobi nation in a blitz that flipped the world on it's head. The villages fell, one after another to the might of Raikage and his forces, and before long the NCIA was born. The Ninshū Monks refused to act, it's elders conflicted on what their next move should be. This caused some conflict within the monastery, as many monks who had ties to the fallen villages became aggressive, wanting blood for this blatant misuse of chakra. Their aggression caused a divide among the monks, with many of the younger, more brash descendants of shinobi leaving the fold to support their homelands in their time of need. While the elders did not approve of Raikou's actions, they did see the wisdom in what he was attempting to accomplish. Uniting all shinobi under a single banner was a brilliant idea, one that could end all war as they knew it if everyone could simply swallow their pride. Under one shinobi banner, Ninshū could flourish. Instead of assisting any side, the monks remained neutral in this conflict, though the resistance would claim that they were secretly aiding Kumogakure by trading the secrets whispered in their monastery walls to the Raikage for a hefty tithe. This put more strain on the relationship between ninja and monk, until eventually the monks would practically stop allowing shinobi to join their ranks whatsoever, believing them to be far too prideful to be able to fully commit to their ways. From there until the end of the war, the monks remained relatively silent to the world, barely having any real presence outside of spreading their beliefs to towns on the outskirts of villages. They had no intentions of bothering to convert the heathens who would continue to misuse their Massiah's gifts. However, with the Jashinists rising from the ashes of history ontop of the sudden appearance of the Yokai threat, the Disciples of Ninshū have begun to mobilize a more hands-on approach to spreading their religion by starting to open their doors to shinobi once again...although only those on the right path can be accepted into their ranks and learn from the inner circle. Organization Skills: .:Yang Seal of Cleansing - Sun of Asura:. Description: This pair of seals were created in secret by the Disciples of Ninshū after uncovering long lost teachings of Ōtsutsuki Hagoromo. These seals, infused with the physical and spiritual elements of Yin and Yang, are not as strong as the legendary seals wielded in the final battle of the Fourth Shinobi World War, but they do grant the wearer the ability to temporarily tap into the raw energies of the physical and spiritual world to bring forth small miracles. By tapping into the power of this seal, the wielder is capable of granting respite to themselves and others, and is even able to deconstruct incoming attacks to reduce their power. Effect: This skill has X amount of charges per battle, where X equals the amount of ranks the user has in this skill. As a free action during their turn, the user of this skill may use a charge to reduce the turn duration of any status effect they or another target is inflicted with by one. The user may also choose to utilize multiple charges of this skill to reduce a status effect duration by multiple turns equal to the amount of charges used, or to reduce the turn duration for multiple status effects at once. In addition, this skill may be used during the Response Phase on an incoming attack. If any status effect duration would be reduced to 0 after utilizing this skill, the status effect is negated entirely. Organization Weapons: .:Shakujo -錫杖:. Weapon Type: Staff Size: Medium Level: 1 Special: Channeling Rod: Each staff is attuned to the owner's tenketsu upon achieving initiation into the organization. Because of this, the monk is capable of molding chakra through the staff rather than needing to utilize handseals. However, if the wielder chooses to alter the weapon dramatically in any way, the connection will be severed, and they can no longer use the staff as a means of molding chakra. So long as the user has this weapon equipped, they are capable of using techniques and abilities that require handseals as though both of their hands were free. This ability is lost if Shakujo ever gains any levels. Description: A Shakujo is a ringed staff used by The Disciples of Ninshū primarily for prayer and in combat. The Ninshū monks designed the staff to reflect their progenitor's, and therefore has two ends- a ring and a crescent. The ends reflect duality as well as the two cosmic bodies that govern the planet. The open circle represents the sun, and the rings that dangle off it are used symbolically to represent sunlight. Likewise, the crescent represents the moon. A monk is given one of these staves upon completing their trials and completing initiation, and as they continue to move through the ranks they attain more rings. Each of the rings also represents a spiritual ideal, and a large number of rings indicates that its wielder is far along the path of enlightenment. The rings serve to warn spirits and vermin in the monk's path to move aside and avoid being trodden upon. Cost: $50 - Free upon initation into The Disciples of Ninshū.
