  1. Sako game me permission to port this over. Kusanagi-no-tsurugi Type: Katana Size: Medium Level: 1 Description: Ame Murakumo-No-Tsurugi was a powerful blade that was said to come from the demon Yamato no Orochi, an evil 8-headed serpent that demanded 8 virgins be sacrificed to satisfy its hunger every year. When this demon was slain many years ago, the katana that was retreived was said to be one of the greatest blades in the existence of the Continent, able to give its wielder great powers. It was this power that drew the attention of Orochimaru over one hundred years ago. It was he who ransacked the Buddhist temple that housed this holy blade, and it was he who used his dark powers to slowly begin to twist the blade to his own, dark will. He renamed the sword 'Kusanagi' and even used the sword to slay the Third Hokage. After Orochimaru's death, the blade disappeared from known existence. It is uncertain how much of Orochimaru's taint remains on the blade... Special Abilities: Unchanging Blade: No other Abilities/Attributes may be added to the weapon. Blighted Touch: Damage dealt by Kusanagi-no-tsurugi may only be healed by Medical Jutsu of higher rank than the user. Demonbane: Kusanagi-no-tsurugi deals 1.5x damage to Demons, Demon-characters, and Summoned Creatures. Blade of Poison: Spend +2X Chakra to deal +X Poison-type damage with each sword attack. No more than 50 Chakra may be spent on this ability. This Type may not be changed by any other ability. Grass Cutter: When using a sword-based Jutsu to negate an opponent's Ninjutsu, may spend +X where X is equal to the cost of the Jutsu. Target Jutsu is now reflected towards a target of user's choice, but only at 50% Damage/Effects. (Use base damage of the Jutsu, using user's Ninjutsu modifier and opponent's Resistance modifier, then take half). Attributes: -Indestructible: May not be Destroyed -Razor Edge: +20% base damage (rounded down) -Unique: only one Kusanagi-no-tsurugi exists Cost: $1500, 20-post 'Quest' (unreducible)
  2. Ridiculous much? Is it just me or do none of you care about a system no matter how horribly broken it is? Seriously the second someone tried to make a bloodline like this that effect Ninjutsu or Taijutsu all hell would break loose. Oh wait, I take that back... Now to attack the description: Excuse my malaysian corruption but, wtf? Let me get this right: They "store" poison within their blood stream... Tell me: How in the waffle (read: unholy hell known as Rosie 'O Donnels cleavage with a naked midget whom has down syndrom lubed up in baby oil poping in and out "Hell" like a gopher) can you store poison within your own bloodstream with out the following happening: -GETTING POISONED -Not suffering any ill effects for storing the poison when your not immune to it -Having the poison flushed out of the body Again: You "tighten" your "grip" to release the poison. Not only to I feel bad for the teenage boys of this clan, I also feel bad for anyone who becomes constipated. This makes about as much sense as the Alchems ability to magically reduce elemental damage. This of all things though, is depressing. Right there in the description you even mention that "storing" poison within the bloodstream is dangerous except for the skilled and yet Genin can ignore up 50% damage and 75% stat reduction, and last but not least store two doses of poison. What happened to it being dangerous for all but the skilled? How about you make another clan that completely ignores puppets, then pets\summons, and hell how about genjutsu while we are at it?
  3. Yes but with a cap so people cannot dual stack (and yes it doesn't apply to ranged attacks to clerify). As for your second comment, your opinion (that being whether you like it or not) doesn't matter much. I've editted in the common sense bit about not stacking with other JP lowering skills and a minimum of one JP must be payed.
  4. Specialty Bloodline: No Effect: Reduces the JP cost of (insert weapon type here) based techniques by 1 to a minimum of one. Description: Many a weapon wielding warrior specializes in a single weapon, devoting many waking hours to the weapon. The fruit of their labor is not only the comprehension of the weapon's fundamentals, but also a grasp of of more advanced methods by which their chosen weapon is used. Cost: -2 Restriction: May only have one "Specialty"
  5. Question: Why does this jutsu require alchemy? Based on the description it really doesn't have much to do with Alchemy other than the fact that you are opening a void in space (which by no means is limited to the Alchem clan). Considering the fact that it indeed works against clan jutsus and the description doesn't include why it requires alchemy it pretty much looks like it should be a forbidden jutsu any one can learn. Oh and uh, yeah I'm thinking this could get copied by sharingan, I mean if a Uchiha is present when you use it on yourself (to get the seal) they could pretty much do the same thing (unless you get the seal when you learn it) at which point it could still get copied because of the lack of a clan correlation to this. To be frank: Explain how it requires alchemy (restating to make a point). Also: That precious little scroll which contains this jutsu needs to be created (if it hasn't already) and is up for grabs by anyone. By that I mean anyone can attempt to steal it from the Alchem clan (I mean this is a role playing site after all) Edit: How does this nullify any and all taijutsu attacks? And how does this stop Genjutsu?
  6. Hm if only I were an mod again, I could delete their posts... Curses... If you find enough love and warmth in your heart to make one for me, make it of "Hitomi" from the "Dead or Alive" fighting game series.
  7. Well even with the edit it still seems as though you can use this on clan justu (unless the only clan jutsu it works on is the two Uchiha Hijutsu). Now with the negetive ten per jutsu, is it static? By that I mean when you use the jutsu do you still have the negetive ten? In all honesty though, I dont see how negetive ten chakra could help store "Amaterasu" when it's cost is one thousand chakra. Please clarify the following to make it more... user friendly: -Whether or not it affects clan jutsu -If the negetive ten chakra is static or the chakra is returned after use of a jutsu. Did I mention this really shouldn't affect clan jutsu? xD
  8. (Apparently this dude can like absorb things into his arm... It was late and I was doing AQ40 >_<) Even while storing the "essence" of the jutsu I am quite adamantly (though I dont really wield sway when in comes to what gets approved or not) against allowing this technique to be used on Clan techniques. This time around it isn't a matter of description but more or less balancing issues. Now lets assume that only your character knew this. That fact alone wouldn't balance the fact that you pretty much gain access to any jutsu there is without having to spend the jutsu points in the first place. As you said the jutsu itself traps the "essence" of the jutsu, but as I have been led to thought, clan jutsu require something from the user which that clan has, something you dont. Now explain this to me: How can you possibly absorb the essence of a justu, when the mere use requires something you dont have? It just doesn't add up for me, I dont think I can make the point much clearer that I do not like the idea of this being used on clan jutsu. Honestly it makes being in a clan less fun when some outsider can just up and use your own move against you (D:<) Dont get me wrong I'm not attacking the technique (I'm on this new "nice" program, it blows) but more or less trying to let you see it from another perspective.
  9. To be honest that forbidden jutsu seems like quite the knock from Inu Yasha. Even if you are only "storing techniques in a void" what keeps them going? I mean a lifeless void isn't really going to keep something going now is it? Honestly if you were just "storing" a jutsu in a void with the seal on your arm, it's more than likely it be constantly sapping your chakra. Lets use real life objects as an example shall we? Lets say your void is a bag, and the technique is a lightning bolt (now we are using our imaginations here). How would the bag hold the lightning bolt when the lightning bolt expended it's energy? What I am more or less trying to get to is that no matter in a jutsu entered the void, it would require a constant upkeep of the jutsu's original cost just to keep it "alive" so to speak. Besides the cost is way to low, it would have to be more or less double and maybe even triple the target jutsus cost considering the fact that you (for some reason) can use the jutsu (just once I know). Now for my question: Is there a limited amount to how many jutsu you can store in the void?
  10. Skill Name: Mental Breakdown Bloodline: No Effect: Once an opponent's "Ghost Health" reaches 0 and are forced to make the 1d100 roll, if their roll results in 25 or below the given opponent is incapacitated for the rest of the fight. Description: Beyond the illusionists their are those whom assault the mind. Students of thought and emotion, assassins of one's deepest desires. These given folk rise above that which is expected from a simple illusionist by finding the chink in one's aegis and exposing it like salt in a wound. Cost: -2 Requirements: -Fifteen post Jounin training (For the retarded thats 15) -Chuunin Rank -The user must find the opponent's "weakness" through role playing (oh god not role playing) Disclaimer: First emotionally dead character I encounter gets a swift boot to the jewels and/or ovaries. Learn to role play in a non cliche fashion, please. Edit: Forgot I am supposed to be working on this "nice" stuff.
  11. Erm...No. First off practitioners of Zui Quan (also refered to Zui Bai Xian Quan) do not get drunk. "Drunken Fist" as it is called is a description of the fluid movements that a practioners use on a constant basis. The movement backs as if to fall off of the back heel is to gain momentum for a punch or upwards kick. In fact thats the basis of Zui Quan, to gain momentum for each strike. So, the akward movements are not only to throw the opponent off but also to gain momentum for their strikes. Seriously, another freaking retarded post like this and heads will roll. Do us all a favor and read up before you make yourself look like an ass.

    Post Your Desktop!

Hm... I find it hard to concentrate when looking at my desktop. You know what, I think I know why I haven't been able to find the time to make a character Yummy
  13. Your joking right? Can you read? Do you speak english? Is this making any sense to you? Do I need a translator for english to retard? Editting the bonus to those God forsaken "gloves" doesn't change anything. It still doesn't make a bit of sense. Honestly, explain to me how your gloves could affect my: -Summoning roll -Dodge roll -Roll for hindering and\or positive traits -Roll for effects on a jutsu
  14. Okay this is going too far. Someone wants to summon a unicorn, sure! Hell someone can even summon a dragon, thats okay. Demons? Not no, but hell no. There are several ways we can do this, the easy way (for me), the hard way (bitching and moaning included). Easy way: Have a modmin delete this topic and give up all that wasted hope on summoning these. I could go on to say how you should lose faith in ever creating anything due to your lack of imagination and poor literacy, but I dont have enough time on my hands. Hard way: You completely rename these to some "lesser" form of abyssal creatures (stick to one sub type for your own good). Word it oh so carefully and pray to God that you dont get smited for such a poor creation. Now wasn't that fun?
  15. Do explain the following: -Why these would possibly be character specific to you. (Considering it seems these may be quite useful for both Kumo and the Rebels) -Why aren't there any negetive effects to them? (Considering that an extremely hot jutsu, such as the Amaterasu Hijutsu or any flame AoE jutsu) -Why in God's name do gloves that you equip lower any and all rolls by the opponent.

  19. Your like joking right? That has nothing to do with creativity...it's just a ghetto ass way to hit someone with a brick. Hell I'd know I've freaking broken a dude's nose with a brick before. MD go take a stroll through the closest ghetto you can find and tell me it's creative when someone gets their jaw broken for talking about another person's mother.
