  1. Re: World Crash. Either drop the damage by the correct amount, or up the cost to 127 in each stat, please. Cleanliness or no, can't allow free (not paid for) damage to be done, AFIAK. Last one feels like it needs a cost for its special ability. Say 20CP? Middle one needs approval of the current curator of the Hyuuga (Azure) to use the damaged tenketsu effects, as far as I know they are Hyuuga 'exclusive' of sorts.
  2. APPROVED. And as far as I can tell, all 3 were approved by Cntr, given he gave the cost for the middle one. So, moving. Also, my post count?
  3. Bump. Would really like these to get looked at/approved. They're simple and would be rather useful to have.
  4. You're paying an extra 3 chakra for it, in the process of doing that. Just bump the damage to 11, and bamp.
  5. The Ryūmon Clan | 竜門一族 | Ryūmon Ichizoku Kirigakure Branch “People like to think of Dragons as great predators and dangers. No one ever thinks of it from the dragon's point of view, and sees it as a noble protecting his territory and wards. ” -Doragon “Erairyū” Kodate; Last Clan Head of the Unified Ryūmon Clan. Place(s) of Origin: Ryūmonshima | 竜門島 | Dragongate Island, a currently half-sunken island territory in the eastern oceans located between the Major Shinobi Countries known as the Country of Water, and the Country of Lightning. Current Homeland: Mizu no Kuni | The Land of Water | 水の国 Village of Residence: Kirigakure no Sato | The Village Hidden in the Mist | 霧隠れの里 The Ryūmon Clan within Kirigakure no Sato still has somewhat firm ties with their cousins in Kumogakure no Sato and further abroad, but is functionally its own clan outside of the reigns of the Kumogakure Branch, especially in the aftermath of the NCIA war and with the Ryūmon Clansmen still within the Country of Water during that period, being blamed for their Rai no Kuni cousin's actions all too often. Clan Progenitor: The Accepted Traditional Clan Progenitor of the Ryūmon Clan is the protector of the island and villages of the same name, the last 'great ancient dragon', a creature known as Ebiryū a great deep purple dragon who's scales were almost black. In actuality, the origins of the clan lie within the three village children who became his disciples (according to myth), Gaidoku, Darai, and Souchou, who went on to found the Mimizuto, Doragon, and Tobitoka families within the clan itself. Clan Head(s): Mimizuto Hikari – Family Head of the Mimizuto Family, who live exclusively within The Water Country. Doragon Mikoto – Family Head of the Water Country Branch of the Doragon, and the Doragon family as a whole. Clan Status: Mistrusted. While they were always somewhat well liked, and not considered powerful enough to be anything more than a 'nuisance' by those who distrusted them, their clan's cross channel ties in The Country of Lightning do not help them, and the actions of members of the Ryūmon Clan during the NCIA Era, no matter if it was by a Rai no Kuni Ryūmon clansman or a Mizu no Kuni Ryūmon clansman, are not forgotten. Even five or more years later, they are viewed with some mistrust by certain villagers and countrymen within the Country of Water. Outside of Mizu no Kuni, they are generally either partially unknown, or are viewed amicably, especially in countries where the Ryūmon Clansmen had a firm hand in the efforts of those countries' successful resistance movement (or in the case of Kumogakure no Sato, a firm activity within the NCIA). Clan Age: Moderate; The Ryūmon clan is old enough to have been 'forgotten in the annals of time' as to its exact origins, but is not so old that it can say it definitively existed before the existence of the Village Hidden in the Mist or the other Shinobi Villages. Many scholars believe it was formed sometime near the original founding of the villages, spurned by events upon Ryūmonshima by the actions of ninja in the service of the various factions around during the late 'shinobi clan' era, which preceded the existence of the hidden villages. 6. No need to apologize for anything. Everyone rounds to more 'round' numbers, at least lately, it seems. Second one should cost 230 Chakra, not 300. You have permission to edit that. APPROVED.
  7. I'm only getting 27 Chakra Cost on this.
  8. Brain Flare I'm getting a cost of 5CP for, after accounting for the jounin rank and the fact that it's sealless. Brain Storm thereby is right priced, but Brain Flare you're paying 2 times too much for.
  9. Devil's Nectar: 35 CP for slow, 40 CP for the stat reduction. Not sure if 5CP is going to pay for the fact that you're technically breaking cost caps by allowing it to go on further, but pretty sure it's okay. Queen's Blessing: 30CP for Open Tenketsu (though I'm not sure non-medical users can use or it or people who are not Hyuuga are supposed to use damage/open Tenketsu based on discussions I saw before about specific status effects, so you need Cellar Door's Approval to use it before I'll give it my app), haste = 35CP. 65CP total. Parasitic Stinger: 60CP. 3JP. TENTATIVE APPROVAL (Get Cellar Door's Approval to use those Status effects or Azure/Cntrstrk14's approval for it not being needed, and this is approved.)
  10. Kanpa: 124 CP/Chakra Cost. Yameru to Iku: 148 CP/Chakra Cost. Kosa Dosen: Need a moderator to look over this. I personally see no issue with it given that it doesn't apply even the full effects of 'quarantine', but it might be me misreading and you mean to say someone can't use -either- techniques, because while their stats are there, they're only effectively there somewhat. If it -is- meant to be quarantine or quarantine lite on both of the stats, then the maximum amount of turns it can effect is 1 (possibly 2 given the weakened effects and the fact it might technically be a buff depending on who it's used on and when), as per the rules of quarantine. If it's both, the cost would be 160-ish before the damage, though again beause it's 'quarantine lite' 142 (the actual cost you're paying for it because you're doing 10 CP of damage too), may work for it.
  11. Statistically this is approved, though I dunno if tsunamis would spark fear in everyone. APPROVED.
  12. The Suizuma bloodline really needs to be updated if body water is going to be used for clones and stuff, rather than paying for damage to just use it as a cost equivalent for other things entirely. Remind me to come back to this to do the full math, but I don't have time at the moment. However, the body water percentage seems off the first two times I've tried it.
  13. First one is apped. Second one math: 80+160=240. + 60 (what we'll say for the Hollow Extension in this case, effectively 2/3rds of the previous CP cost), = 300. 300-90=210. 210/3=70. 300-70=230. 230 CP/Chakra cost. Max two (2) clones create-able. Sennin rank: 473 Cost. I know it isn't round, but otherwise you're going to have to pay another JP. And it's what the math came out to be, earlier.
  14. The damage ratio of this is off. 1500 / 3 x 2 (which is what the sennin rank gen ghost damage ratio is) = 1000 chakra. That's not counting the modifer you've got going, which is going to be extremely powerful, if it's even allowable, and is going to be very costly. For instance, my '[Element] Spears' line of techniques for Warrusu happen to add a percentile chance to fail to RPJ, but do it at a ratio of .0X the CP, with 100% costing literally double. This not only stops RPJ, but also technically stops things like 'The Seeing Mind' and the like, with the effect you've got worded. Also, 'Forbidden' is a tag to add to a technique, but is not a technique rank anymore. It'd be 'Sennin [Forbidden]' and you probably, if you DID get the effect approved, would not be able to get it to not include sennin level techs in what can counter it.
  15. Simple enough, to me. APPROVED.

So this was never originally approved and I was going to redact it because I thought I never used it but apparently I used u it during the kumo chuunin exams' chamber of element so fixing it, albeit from memory: Buying Elemental Resistance/Defense/Shield (Fire) to add to Warrusu's jounin vest: 750 両. Buying Elemental Resistance/Defense/Shield (Lightning) to add to Warrusu's fisher-king's hook: 750 両. Buying Elemental Resistance/Defense/Shield (Earth) to add to Warrusu's newly created Mariner's Reinforced Combat Boots: 750 両. 2250両 total. The above 3 attributes and Uwagi no Ebisu's existing ones all directly convert to rank 3 of Elemental Shield (their element). Chakra resistance etc turns into 3 ranks of chakra shield. Combining Sea-King's feather (+40 to speed) to Mariner's Reinforced Combat Boots. Added +60 Taijutsu (240両) to Mariner's Reinforced Combat Boots. Added +60 Genjutsu to Fisher-King's hook is what I was going to originally also add but given I never used that I would like to make it +60 to concentration. Either way it is: 240両 . Running total: 2,730両. Refunding Underlay from Uwagi no Ebisu. 100両 returned. 2,630両 running total now. Turning Anti-freeze and Anti-burn on uwagi no ebisu into their money equivalents so regaining 200両 from anti-freeze and 200両 from anti-burn. 3005両-2630両=375両+400両=745両 remaining. 745両-250両(for insulation)=495両.
