  1. not quite 5'9" but close enough to call it that.
  2. I like how CD totally called it with the Susanoo Chidori. That's now a canon thing.
  3. Elder Scrolls: even if you aren't born with the soul of a dragon, the various mage associations of Tamriel will still teach the art of hurling arcane fire and lighting at your personal whimsy or how to call up the demons of hell to do your laundry to anyone who walks in the door. There's also plenty of places to learn swordplay, archery, and all the skills necessary to get up to no good. So while your odds of living past 30 are slim, you could have a blast with your very brief existence. Fairy Tail: CD and MaddKatters both bring up excellent points here, to which I would like to add my own. Only 10% of people in the FT universe can use magic, which means, just like the Harry Potter universe, you have a very high chance of being powerless and insignificant. Pokemon: CD sums this one up pretty well. Star Wars/Mass Effect/Space Operas in general: Even if you don't get fantastic super powers like The Force or Biotics, there's still the opportunity to trump those people with fantastic technology. Plus, there's a whole galaxy out there for you to explore and do whatever you want in. Personally, I would pick Freelancer out of the Space Opera genre, since that one doesn't have any fantastic super humans to deal with. Just you and your ship. Yugioh: Solve all your problems with trading card games. Sure you might end up in the Shadow Realm, but then your friends can just break you out with more trading cards, or just the good old power of friendship. Personally, I think the best "universe" to pick would be Magic The Gathering, because it's technically a multiverse. You have the chance of ending up a Planeswalker, and then you can visit any universe, including all of the above. And even if you don't roll Planeswalker, you still get a chance of ending up as anything in any universe. You could be a pirate, a mage, a sky knight, a vampire, or impaled by a Sliver.
  4. So . . . everything is par for the course then? Also it seems that chakra has become just as meaningless as DBZ power levels at this point.
  5. Generally speaking, Stunned can't be inflicted for more than one turn, and no more than three times per battle. If this skill makes exceptions to that rule (the per battle limit being important here) you should state that.
  6. Right. Cost. Probably should have made one of those in the first place. Made it 3 SP, to keep with the pattern of the CE tier system
  7. Is that a little better?
  8. Combinatorial Elements: Cosmic -Fire, Water, Wind, Lightning -Targets hit by a Cosmic Element technique have a 30% of being afflicted with Exposed. In addition, the user may apply one of the Subtle Element skills required for this skill. -3 SP Cosmic Release is somewhat of an oddity among the elements in that there is less consistency in the aesthetics of its techniques than the others. Where most ninjutsu elements have a core force or substance they are built from, Cosmic is less about the user changing their chakra to match something found in nature and more about using chakra to draw the ambient, underlying energy of the universe into an attack, leading to highly diverse visual effects. A Cosmic attack could appear to be dozens of "planets" slamming into a target, or nebulous waves of energy that act like blades, or any number of variations. The power and diversity of the Cosmic element comes from the type of forces it draws upon for its composition. All mater has energy, and at its core is energy, and by channeling this fundamental power, Cosmic Release can unleash utter devastation against unsuspecting opponents that can leave them open to further decimation. example example 2
  9. Generally speaking, I think most people just ask you to do it for them.
  10. No, KC, this forum is not the place to discuss your mother.
  11. If you like stat based naruto games, you're definitely in the right place.
