Second Hit (AoE):Burns for 1 turn Description: Like lava overflowing, this attack is swift and brutal. The user super-heats a section of Earth underneath him before dashing forward and uppercutting his opponent with the magma erupting from underneath his opponent. Points: 5 Requirements:Reikokumujoudo:Triforce; Name: Reikokumujoudo: (Lashing Vine)LvL2 Type: Taijutsu/Ninjutsu (wood/plant element) Rank: Chuunin Cost: 60 Stamina + 60 Chakra + 30 hp Damage: See effects Effects: If this attack hits, the both the user and the target are bound [hands] for 3 turns. If the opponent is forced away during this time by another technique, they are no longer bound, but instead take 115 (+10 per turn bound is canceled early) damage. If the user is of the Toge clan and has their bloodline active, apply the bloodlines bleeding effects to this technique. Description: A brutal application of the study of plant manipulation, as the user creates thorned vines to emerge from his or her arm, after which it attempts to latch itself upon the chosen target.
